He had 13 total tackles for us last season, including 10 solo.  He made some clutch special teams plays, although did just turn 30 and has to deal with a new special teams coordinator.

How will he adjust?  Can he get more tackles this season, maybe force a fumble?  Thoughts?

Be the leading tackler on ST... maybe force a TO or two...

Same.  I would love to see our special teams force a couple turnovers on kickoffs/punts this year.  Hope he can be a part of creating one or two.

We may have finally run out of off-season topics.

He’s a very good core special teams guy and with Gilliam (whose value to the team was more so as a ST ace than a fullback although he was a very good FB) gone the Bills retaining Franklin to help anchor the special teams unit is a good thing.

He is not a tragic as a third string safety but his value is mostly special teams

McBeane loved their ST guys

So do I.  Do you not remember 20 points in 77 seconds?  I bet you liked Special Teams too that day!
