strive_for_five_guy Posted April 16 Posted April 16 (edited) He had 13 total tackles for us last season, including 10 solo. He made some clutch special teams plays, although did just turn 30 and has to deal with a new special teams coordinator. How will he adjust? Can he get more tackles this season, maybe force a fumble? Thoughts? Edited April 16 by strive_for_five_guy Clarified 10 solo tackles 7 Quote

Goin Breakdown Posted April 16 Posted April 16 I'd trade him maybe, and see if we can't get a 1st this year and a 2nd next. 2 Quote

frostbitmic Posted April 16 Posted April 16 Expectations are for him to play well and have fun... Oh, and hit ball carriers with contempt and separate then from the football, at least a few times. 1 Quote

billsfan89 Posted April 16 Posted April 16 He’s a very good core special teams guy and with Gilliam (whose value to the team was more so as a ST ace than a fullback although he was a very good FB) gone the Bills retaining Franklin to help anchor the special teams unit is a good thing. He is not a tragic as a third string safety but his value is mostly special teams 1 Quote
