Trade from the first to the second. Get a 2nd at least in 26.

I don't see a needle mover at wr for us. So if this is it... Move back.

If the Bills don’t scoop him up I think SF will. That’s not me advocating for him I just think that’s what will happen.

Its funny because I think WR is probably going to be the best value at 26 but I also think that WR might be the best value at 91 of the positions of need.

I think I’m still leaning towards filling a different need at the first pick than taking a WR

I see one on a "technicality"... My mind-frame is a 2+ year plan.  I'll give up a bit this coming season to reopen the window properly in 2027.  No short sited moves.  Doesnt mean I dont want to be competitive, get hot going into the playoffs and we always have a shot.... but it means I'm willing to be a bit more patient - especially with the turnover at defense.

Take Chris Bell.  He's talented enough to hang out in that 6-13 range that Tyson and Tate range.  He's got the highest ceiling. But you're probably not getting much this year, maybe post-season, but Im not counting on it, it'd be bonus.

He's a player at #26, we SHOULD have no chance at adding to this roster, but requires some patience.

I want to add:

- WR,

- LT in first 3 rds (2yr plan)

- some of the guard talent in rounds 3-5

Do this while being as BPA compliant as possible.  Im not passing on BPA defenders, but when their is a tie, give the juice to Josh

Realistically you probably cant check all 3 boxes with the defense needing atttention, but check 2 of those boxes. Knowing damn well a defense heavy draft is also coming next year... gives Leonhard a full year to figure out what talent/fit he has on the roster, and start maximizing that talent.  I know we have 1-3 gems on the team waiting to break out with better coaching/system

Bryce Lance at 91 would be sick.  Im not advocating for it, but if we went defense with the other 6 picks, I wouldnt lose my mind.

If Concepcion is there at 26, you can't trade down.. If he's gone we could trade down for Omar Cooper Jr most likely..

I like him for us, but if we traded down for anything, that would be great.

We do need a WR if possible in the 1st.  The Edge is deep enough we could grab one in the 3rd.  Besides, trading Coleman for a 4th would be ideal.  He can’t want to still be here after Pegula placed the whole team’s feet in his mouth in the press conference.

Bills have been picking later in the draft. Why do the Bills always pick the third fourth  or fifth rated player at their position instead of a top rated at their position that’s available later in first round. It seems the top rated Guard , Center, Linebacker or Safety are always available.

If he is not a Buffalo Bill it’s because somebody picked him before us. They are all over this kid.

That said many of us thought the same thing about Troy Franklin back in 2024.
