Yeah. The night games are rough to start the season for me. One of the most stressful times of my job, pretty tacky to take days off as well.  One or two here and there is fine, this past year where it was like 4 of the first 6 was a bit much.

We end up using about half the tickets for our family.

That's the way it is with me. Last year 6 of the 9 home games went to family and friends. Only one ended up on Ticket Exchange.

I thought they typically put new stadiums in prime time during Week 2 so they got the majority of the spotlight. There is so much excitement and fanfare for Week 1 that a stadium opening kind of gets swallowed up during the first week of games. Maybe I'm wrong about that but that was my impression.

Could be. The Bills may be on the road week one and open the stadium week 2.

A new day in Buffalo.  We are the boss

Meet the new Boss.  Same as the old boss.  We are taking back our stranglehold on the AFC East

Good chance the home opener is week 2. The Bills do play 9 road games this year and they did start last season at home vs the Ravens. I could definitely see a week 1 road game with the home opener in week 2. In week 2 the league would have 3 options. TNF, SNF, or MNF.

The last two seasons (2024, 2025) they were home for Week 1, so it would make sense that they be on the road Week 1 this year.

Yup.....just 1 more thing to accomplish.  Once he does it, he will go down as the greatest Bill of all time.  He is already perhaps the "Most Important" and "Most Influential" and adding the Lombardi will make him the undisputed GOAT.

Don't forget "Most Popular."

I would rather the first game in the new stadium be against the Jets. That would almost guarantee the first game there is a Bills win.

yeah would be bad mojo to play a real team

that seems logical and also a little extra time for last minute finishes on stadium (hopefully on time)

in fact I wouldn't be surprised if we started with 2 road games.  Raiders & Rams perhaps?

Thanks boss.  From everything I've seen, our seats will be completely in the shade the entire game.  I'm honestly curious to see how the sun and shadows affects the players on the field.  Leave it to us to create a Dallas situation where players can't see downfield based upon the time of day

It will end up being a home field advantage.

I'm going to the Red vs Blue scrimmage and the home opener.  I wasn't going to miss those.  My sister is taking her family to a second game.  We are going to sell the rest.  This will probably be the highest demand season for tickets and we'd like to capitalize while we can.

10k a seat is no joke

Where you sitting, that the PSL is $10k per seat?
