He will be staying in NY. Does anyone who requests a trade ever actually get traded?

They've negotiated 2 previous seasons tryna get the man a new deal with no progress. I think the bridge is roasted.

what if Oliver goes in the deal?

Oliver + 1st  seems fair

Question #1 for me is:

Has Lawrence been healthy?

That answer is yes, hes played in 16+ games every year since 2019, aside from 2024 - where he played 12 games.

All pro '22, '23.

'22 had 9 sacks, 63 pressures

'23 6 sacks,  65 pressures

UNBELIEVABLY IN HIS SEASON W/ ONLY 10 GAMES 2024:

10 sacks, 36 pressures .... pressures were down but had a knack for finishing!!

'25  0 sacks, 34 pressures

Am I interested in Ed + a 1st for Lawrence ? At that level yes.  Getting Oliver off the books and getting a supped up version of him, *WHO* *HAS* *BEEN* *HEALTHY*

Im making that work all dayyyy.  Probably takes another high pick in '26 or '27. I'd give them 1st and 3rd this draft, but I want a single 5th/6th back... 2026 or 2027 works, I know that'd leave us low on picks this year, so itd help a bit... if they prefer '27 - then i like that draft better and sure

That's an enigma of an answer...wrapped in a riddle. 😁

I know. And I’m sorry.
I don’t think players are choir boys and we need some edge on this team.
That said. We don’t want or need this.

We don’t want him. I don’t want to say why. But if certain things came to light…not good.

I've been hearing rumors that he actually knows how to convert pressures into sacks

Yikes, probably not a fit around these parts!!!

Guy had a half sack last year in 17 games.  You're right - that does sound like recent Bills D-line type of production.

Consider you'd be breaking the bank and trading assets for a 0.5 sack guy and get to enjoy one calendar year of him in his 20s.

Then consider that we are being told that it isn't that he's "not a choir boy", but that he is seemingly a very very bad or troubled man.

If we're cool with all that, then yes, lets swing a deal!

Yea I’m curious what Lawrence worth would be. Hes coming off a really down year for his standards but obviously in the past has been a monster.

I think my offer would be Oliver, 2026 3rd round pick and 2027 2nd rounder. Not sure that’s good enough but that’s where I’d be at essentially it’s 2 3rd rounder picks and whatever you value Oliver at which is probably a 3rd haha

I think that’s too rich. Oliver is a great player in his own right, and just has had availability issues. I think Dexter for Oliver + 3rd should be sufficient.

I speak for everyone on this and we want you to say why.

It will take a 1st and a second round pick. That's what Quinnen Williams got. Dex is better, although his season last year was career worst (for him). Dex will get a 1 and a 2 without a doubt. All this said, he isn't going anywhere. Giants will sign him.

Bills spoke to NYG early on in free agency about Sexy Dexy. So there is some smoke there. But I doubt Harbaugh and Shoen move him. It would take our first, Oliver and maybe more.

This is a Myles Garret move by Dexy. He gets his NYG big deal 100%

Before anyone asks - no we probably can't afford him.

Even if we could afford him, he had a terr year last year and appears to be on the decline. For the high picks the Giants would likely want and the money to throw at him...just too much to invest in a declining player. No thanks.

Jags have no 1st and the other 2 teams are in the NFC. It’ll be tough to make the numbers work. Clearly the Bills think that they can if they’re calling.

I offer 26, 91 and Oliver for Lawrence and 37
