Kirby Jackson Posted March 26 Posted March 26 (edited) You’ll notice that “neither” is not an answer for this. That’s on purpose so please don’t say, “I don’t want either.” Just abstain from voting in this hypothetical exercise. Let’s say, hypothetically, the Bills decide this summer that they want to bring in a veteran pass rusher. Von and Bosa are the 2 guys they are considering and the cost is identical. Which one would you pick? Edited March 26 by Kirby Jackson 2 Quote
Dave_Bills Posted March 26 Posted March 26 Tough question but I guess Von. I think he has a chance to be more productive than Bosa in Leonard’s scheme. 2 Quote

JohnBonhamRocks Posted March 26 Posted March 26 Von was better than Bosa last year and has played well with Chubb before 1 2 Quote
NoSaint Posted March 26 Posted March 26 You know, I went to look something up about Von and unexpectedly learned his real name is: Vonnie B'Vsean Miller Jr. 1 1 1 Quote
Ridgewaycynic2013 Posted March 26 Posted March 26 Miller. I like what Bosa brought before the nagging injuries blunted him, but with Miller onboard, Beane is sleeping with one eye open. Junior Assistant GM in da house. 😁 1 Quote
Brand J Posted March 26 Posted March 26 Bosa was atrocious against the run all year and his pass rush really fell off after the PIT game. To the point where Babich said something like “he knows that wasn’t his best performance (against JAX) and will get another chance to prove himself this week (DEN).” He went out against DEN and laid an egg too, was only noticeable for the RTP penalty. nosejob Posted March 26 Posted March 26 Neither. Clowney will get us 10 sacks on a 1 yr. deal. 1 1 1 1 1 Quote

So I have a hard time believing he's going to do that with us at 33 years old in an off the bench role. 1 Quote

Which one would you pick? If either would take a veterans minimum contract I'd bring either one back . Von did some good things last season for the Redskins & Bosa I feel with Chub opposite of him & the fact that Hoecht is coming back could have better production because they wouldn't be keying on him . Both would be a rotational piece or a depth piece rather but both would be good in the locker room & I think have a little left in the tank but I would wait until after the draft for sure ... 1 Quote
Warriorspikes51 Posted March 26 Posted March 26 Von is a better fit now and could be fun with Chubb as a 3rd down package Quote
Sierra Foothills Posted March 26 Posted March 26 I recently watched the condensed version of the 2022 Season Opener, Bills-Rams. This was both Von's first game as a Bill and his first game since winning the Super Bowl with the Rams. He had 3 QB hits and 2 sacks for the Bills and was unstoppable in the 31-10 win. Conversely he's never been the same player he was after getting injured in week 12 of that season. Yeah, I would take the future HOFer easily... he had 9 sacks in Washington last year. 3 1 Quote

Edit And Chubb can't be a 90+% snap guy without the rubber coming off the tires. If someone wants to argue a Parker or Howell pick at 26, you better hope he's the next Myles....and I don't mean Murphy. Edited March 26 by nosejob 1 Quote
