somnus00 Posted March 12 Posted March 12 The defensive center of gravity that kept these guys orbiting around Buffalo is gone now. By default I'll go with the offensive player. 1 1 Quote
JP51 Posted March 12 Posted March 12 I think just based on our need to add LBs and DBs Milano, Shaq and Tre might all be back considering we wont have to over pay them likely. 2 Quote
Dave_Bills Posted March 12 Posted March 12 I think it’s Cooks and that’s it. Maybe Thompson but I can’t see anyone else. I hope not AJE. I’ve seen enough 3 Quote
Special K Posted March 12 Posted March 12 (edited) Cam Lewis with the Bears. Bosa, Epenesa, Poyer, White, Milano all still available. In your opinion, how many of these five will sign elsewhere...... and how many will the Bills bring back?? Edited March 12 by Special K Quote

Like @JP51, the longer FA goes with our needs at LB and DT and secondary, I could see one or both of the LBs coming back, as well as NT Jones, and Tre White for low-cost depth. Heck, I could even see AJ back as depth at the right price. I hope Cooks is back. 2 Quote
MAJBobby Posted March 12 Posted March 12 (edited) I think IMO that is very very telling on how VERY Specialized and specific skills McD wanted for specific positions on Defense TBH and likely passed on better talent I don’t see any coming back maybe Milano on a Min deal. BuffaloBill Posted March 12 Posted March 12 They will all likely be one-year deals or not signed. It’s telling. 2 1 Quote

Allen2D̶i̶g̶g̶s̶TBD Posted March 12 Posted March 12 The longer they're on the market, the lower their price will be. I hope we can bring Shaq Thompson back, as he was our best linebacker last season. 1 1 Quote

MAJBobby Posted March 12 Posted March 12 I mean if you look at Chubb for example. Replaced Epenesa and Bosa in 2025 production. So Beane filling the slot with one player and one contract instead of 2 players and two contracts. roster space and cap improvement immediately 2 Quote

I am hoping for Cooks as well... but he really has zero ties here... if we let it go on long enough I feel like someone is going to sign him... unlike say a Poyer or maybe even Tre who have said at least last year.. its the Bills or bust... 1 Quote

ColoradoBills Posted March 12 Posted March 12 Just now, Special K said: Saw it mentioned on here.....didn't realize it was incorrect..... There wasn't even a thread about it. A poster mentioned it in an unrelated thread and didn't have a tweet or anything. We all evidently got trolled. 2 Quote
