Such as DeCosta and Hendricksons team discussing a contract (which is not illegal) and DeCosta realizing that he effed up, had buyers remorse and raised the standards on his physical to get out of it.   It’s not as if there is a standard a player has to hit to pass a physical.  The team decides.  Crosby had surgery in January and was still rehabbing the injury.  It was an easy opt out.

It was a great opportunity for DeCosta to have his cake and eat it too at no cost to him.

not something that can ever be proven unless the ravens phones and emails are pulled.  Even then, I don’t think they would be that stupid to leave a trail.

it is what it is and they won’t be hit with any penalty.  The nfl GMs should levy their own penalty and block his number

Terrible overpay for a 31 year old pass rusher who barely even played last year. The Ravens issue isn’t the defense. It was the coaching and Lamar not playing to usual standards in big games. I would’ve added more pieces to the offense. Their WRs are worse than ours.

I noticed Crosby has a pretty unreal number of TFL's in his career. Yeah, Hendricksen has gotten to the QB more, but Crosby has elite TFL numbers. He lead the league twice in his career in '22 and '23. Last year he an absurd 28 TFL's in only 15 games played. He had six more TFL's than Brian Burns (22) who had the third most TFL's. Crosby finished second last year behind Myles Garrets 33 TFL's.

i think the ravens lost some coaches and a lot of talent (c, te, fullback, and others) and i don't consider them the scary monster i did last year or the year before, but w the new hc and hendrickson and such, i suspect they will have a straight nasty defense.

Expect them to take Lemon or Tyson if available at 14

Publications are saying they are having a great off season, though. It's hilarious.

its worse than i thought.

lost the c, perhaps the best interior olineman in the nfl (certainty the highest paid), there 1a tight end, Kilar who is a 8mm a year TE, their speed back mitchel, Gilman who was a real safety for them, and dremont jones at edge who is getting like 15 a year (more than chubb!) for new england.  i guess they upgraded edge w hendrickson, and straight up lost pro bowl punter, full back, and C, along w 2 of their 3 headed TE monster.  how are they gonna power run now?
