Andy1 Posted March 7 Posted March 7 He caught 38 passes with the Bills for $15 million. What a waste. This is what happens when you don’t draft receivers and sign free agents instead. Hopefully Palmer and Moore turn out better. 2 1 Quote

It happens, and it's unpredictable. Dockery stayed healthy but just did not do the job. Plus Dockery was a very expensive contract, and Samuel is lower mid-level. Not that Samuel's signing was successful. It was not. But nowhere near the top in terms of bad Buffalo Bills signings. Dockery is right near the top, if not #1. Edited March 7 by Thurman#1 1 Quote
Special K Posted March 7 Posted March 7 I think this would be a fitting vehicle for Curtis Samuel to leave Buffalo in: Quote

I didn’t like that contract from the get go given his age, it was a BAD contract! Few would've complained about the contract if Von’s production was even close to his level of play before the injury. NoHuddleKelly12 Posted March 7 Posted March 7 Good riddance Curtis, get your free injury sling elsewhere. 45 catches. That’s it, 45. I don’t want to do the math on how much that works out to per catch while he was here. Quote
BuffaloBillsGospel2014 Posted March 7 Posted March 7 I wonder how he would have been if he wasn't consistently injured all the time but I never got the feeling this coaching staff knew how to use guys like him properly. I felt the same way when they under utilized Nyheim Hines. I hope he can stay healthy with his new team, best of luck! 1 Quote

This was a reasonable move that just didn’t work 1 minute ago, BuffaloBillsGospel2014 said: I wonder how he would have been if he wasn't consistently injured all the time but I never got the feeling this coaching staff knew how to use guys like him properly. He’s one of my favorite Buckeyes. He was never a boundary WR. He needed to be used like Deebo. He just couldn’t stay healthy. They had to move on but I wonder if it would have worked if healthy. 1 Quote
