gonzo1105 Posted March 4 Posted March 4 Interesting how quickly the Bills are getting into this. I mean that’s one change with the regime so far. Quote
Pecker Posted March 4 Posted March 4 Chris bell is a really good wr. But I don’t see him being much of a factor next season, so I’m not sure if we should do it. I know it’s short sighted, but we need to win now!!!! 1 Quote

Some teams like SF and Denver are rumored to be a possibility in the 1st. It's not like he shredded his knee. 7 minutes ago, ***** said: Chris bell is a really good wr. Why can't an early 20's Bell be ready for TC? They said the tear was clean 2 1 Quote

I have no idea how he came back like that. Pink powder maybe? what does a clean acl tear mean? I don’t really know. Medical check will be important. Quote

But both have injury concerns If the bills are confident in both that they'll be ready for training camp then I'll trust the pick. But if you're going to pick one of those guys it's probably a good idea to take another wide receiver in rds 4 or 5 just in case as a backup plan b Quote

He’s a bigger version of Diggs to me. He’s a QBs best friend where he always finds the open zones and is looking back for the ball. I like him but the injury would have him behind others that I like similar like KC Concepcion and Omar Cooper Quote

I agree it’s a pass unless he drops to the end of 2nd round imo Quote
Kelly to Allen Posted March 4 Posted March 4 If the bills took 1. Freeling LT 2. Chris Bell. WR That's a very futuristic 1st two picks Quote

Then they can take the best pass rusher available with that bears pick and best WR available at end of 2nd (maybe Chris Bell although I’d prefer Fields) Quote

In all his first 4 years he had over 100 targets and got 1137, 1245, 1405 and 1725 yards with 9, 5, 9, and 9 TDs. All in 16 games. What the heck are our standards for an elite 1? 1 Quote

I'm more along the lines of he's not going to run a plethora of routes that a true # 1 would run. Thomas was a great underneath football player, and if Bell reaches his peak he could be along the lines of a Michael Thomas. Plus we all know that no WR here is getting 130-150 targets here. 1 Quote

HappyDays Posted March 5 Author Posted March 5 I did a double take when I saw his name. He's projected as a late day three pick. Lance Zierlein's report: Quote Elarms-Orr is a well-built linebacker with above-average athleticism but problematic instincts. He has the speed and athleticism to get to the football from sideline to sideline. However, he frequently struggles with recognizing blocking schemes and too often loses track of play development. He’s rangy but average in zone coverage, with talent as a blitzer worth continued exploration. He will need improved processing but should dial in as a backup with a full-time role on special teams. No surprise, we are looking at LBs that are pure athletes more than cerebral players. I think Leonhard just wants guys in the 2nd level that can get after it and he won't put as much on their plate as McDermott did. Chenal still fits the bill if we can afford him and maybe Dorian Williams will benefit too. 1 1 1 Quote
DJB Posted March 5 Posted March 5 I’m a Chris Bell fan in round 2. Limited route tree to mostly slants and crossers but he has some juice and is a serious YAC guy. Quote
