Barney Fife (bumbling sheriff)  now is speculating that there may have been a second perp at the house.  That poor lady never had a chance

Barney would be offended by that remark. You should hope he can’t find his bullet!

Also doesn’t help having 1000’s of whacko Inspector Clouseau’s calling in with BS clues leading police everywhere.

Crazy.  People just want to get off what's on their mind.  Usually old guys... 😆

Even after the levees were breeched in NOLA during Katrina... We were fielding cranks at the lock & dam in Chicago.

Supposedly, they'd dial information and they'd give them our number.  I guess we are available 24/7/365...

I'd confuse them with being a bigger crank!😉😜

I watch recaps of the days new evidence on Court TV. I saw there were helicopters doing grid search of a landfill looking for her pacemaker beep trace evidence.. Unofficially. Hmmmm

The "Signal Sniffer" Technology

Investigators from the Pima County Sheriff’s Department and the FBI are using a high-tech device known as a "signal sniffer" attached to a helicopter.

Purpose: The device is designed to detect Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) signals emitted by Nancy Guthrie’s pacemaker.

Search Pattern: The helicopter flies in a low, slow grid pattern over the Tucson desert and surrounding areas.

Technical Constraints: For the "sniffer" to work, the helicopter must pass within 800 to 1,000 feet of the pacemaker. The device's inventor, David Kennedy, stated that it can still detect a signal even if the individual is deceased or if the device is shielded by materials like concrete or metal.

Recent Search Activity

Grid Searches: As of February 20, 2026, helicopters have been spotted conducting grid searches over specific locations, including the Los Reales Sustainability Campus (landfill) in Tucson, though officials noted some of these flights were not directly connected to the case.

Timeline of Use: The "signal sniffer" was officially confirmed as being in use around February 15–16, 2026, as the search entered its third week.

Controversy: The public disclosure of this technology drew criticism from President Donald Trump, who suggested that reporting on specific investigative tools like the "pacemaker sniffer" could tip off suspects and compromise the strategy.

How to Help

with the amount of resources being used to find her you would hope they will be able to close this case.

One pundit noted that what  info available is like a glacier. What is being told may be only 1/4 of what they have. The rest hidden underneath not visible to the publlc

we can only hope that is true

They had no idea what they were doing from the get go .  Only hope now is it was someone determined to keep Savannah off the air during the Olympics and since they are over tomorrow now her mom will get released.

I saw an interview with someone who works in the tip center. She said they receive hundreds of calls from people who have premonitions, theories, or want to check and make sure that “law enforcement has checked this place”. Crazy to have to sift through all of that garbage.

Along the 'sublime and / or ridiculous' theories, I saw a woman dealing tarot cards yesterday on YouTube, predicting what's next for disgraced Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.  I am surprised the psychics haven't set up their tents on the Guthrie kidnapping. 🤨

It's like I thought, the Perp whom I call Carlos, had visited the Guthrie residency on a previous occasion...

Why do you call him Carlos?

Do you think Law enforcement would detain Carlos Palazuelos the DoorDash driver. Cuff him, smash through his front door and garage door, flip the house upside down searching, on just a hunch? I don't...
