I mean sure, but it would be like discussing what the weather will be like on Halloween this year.

Nobody knows, what's the point of worrying about it until it gets closer to the time it's happening?

Same as it is every year. Wear a costume big enough to have a heavy jacket on underneath.

But the breakdown of how the schedule is impacted by all these things is very interesting. It's not like he's predicting exact weeks and win loss records.

Just hope the @Vegas game doesn't get chosen as an international candidate.

I imagine a lot of Bills fans are marking that one as a potential road trip and would love to see Bills mafia taking over the strip.

I'd be so pissed! We already got screwed out of watching the Bills playing in LV in 2020 (I believe they were the first team other than Raiders to win at Allegiant).

This late start takes the regular season, week 18, to January 10th and Super Bowl Sunday up to  Valentine's Day Feb 14.  Too late IMO.

That is really dragging out the season. I miss the Labor Day start date.

I love the primetime games as that means the Bills are a good team and will get national exposure. With that I hope to see more 1:00 games and less 4:25 starts. If the Bills aren't playing on TNF, SNF and MNF then have them play at 1:00. They are an EC team after all.

Inject 1:00 PM games, especially at home, into my veins!! Wake up at 6:30, shower, pack the car, at the stadium at 8. Home and relaxed by dinner.

Agree. Don't get me wrong I enjoy the Bills getting primetime games, but I prefer 1:00 over 4:25 starts when they aren't playing in primetime

I hate primetime games. I don’t need them to feel relevant anymore. There was a time where a primetime game made it feel like, “we made it.” Now that means nothing to me. I’d just assume the Titans schedule.

Madrid 👍

Would be great. The Beranbeu is climate controlled now. Could play there early in the season and it wouldn't be a sauna for the players.

Plus, for any soccer fans there would be some La Liga to go and see over the weekend. Obviously Real wouldn't be playing but there's still Atleti, Rayo and Getafe. A good chance of 2 games there.

The biggest thing about next year's schedule is that it is brutal  - especially compared with this year where we played the NFC south and AFC Central - two of the weakest divisions in the league

8 games against Playoff teams:

Packers, Bears, Rams, Chargers, Broncos, Ravens, Texans, Patriots 2x

3 games against teams that have been perennially good but had down years:

    Chiefs, Lions, Ravens

4 Other division Games

   Fins 2x, Jets 2x

2 Bad Teams

   Raiders, Vikings

I would wager that there is less of a push by Buffalo to limit late season home games, given the new stadium lessens the impact of bad weather for players and fans alike.

If you want to be the best you have to beat the best.

Remember what a team was good or bad does not mean the next year the same result. It is why unless a team has a franchise QB which means you know that guy can single handily win a game, what may seem tough may end up not. The biggest thing is the bottom two brackets you go 5-1 at worst. You do that which McD excelled at and you guarantee probably 11 wins a year.
