Seems experienced:

Denver Broncos (2014): Offensive quality control coach

Chicago Bears (2015): Offensive assistant

Miami Dolphins (2016–2018): Quarterbacks coach

New York Jets (2019–2020): Offensive assistant

New England Patriots (2021): Offensive assistant

Las Vegas Raiders (2022): Quarterbacks coach

Las Vegas Raiders (2023): Quarterbacks coach & interim offensive coordinator

Tennessee Titans (2024–2025): Quarterbacks coach

This is what you call failing forward. He has been on a lot of 2 and 3 win teams over the years. He better get used to winning.

I was reaaaalllllly unhappy with the decision to retain Brady instead of going outside the organization to bring fresh eyes and minds to bear on the ongoing issues.

But I've got to say, the hires they've made to fill out multiple vital assistant roles have been nothing short of outstanding, imo.

I wholeheartedly agree! The staff hires are fantastic -at least their recent contributions to the game are!

Yeah, a lot of new and very promising faces being brought in from outside. Very pleasantly surprised at the coaching staff Brady is able to put together.

Why was this guy coveted?

He helped develop guys like Brock Osweiler, Mac Jones, and Will Levis, and called plays for Callahan when the ship was sinking in Tennessee?

An agent wrote that tweet just like all the ones Rapsheet puts out

What position coaches do we have left to fill after this. I know dline coach probably is a big one. Although that may be filled with Nielsen

Nielsen was hired somewhere else I thought

I think TE, though hopefully they keep Boras.

Was he hired to help the defense decider McDaniel’s offense? jk

I’m not mad at the hire. We’ll see how it works out. I’m assuming he was hired because Brady believes he can bring something new to the table that will help JA17.
