Seems experienced:

Denver Broncos (2014): Offensive quality control coach

Chicago Bears (2015): Offensive assistant

Miami Dolphins (2016–2018): Quarterbacks coach

New York Jets (2019–2020): Offensive assistant

New England Patriots (2021): Offensive assistant

Las Vegas Raiders (2022): Quarterbacks coach

Las Vegas Raiders (2023): Quarterbacks coach & interim offensive coordinator

Tennessee Titans (2024–2025): Quarterbacks coach

I was reaaaalllllly unhappy with the decision to retain Brady instead of going outside the organization to bring fresh eyes and minds to bear on the ongoing issues.

But I've got to say, the hires they've made to fill out multiple vital assistant roles have been nothing short of outstanding, imo.

Not exactly a glowing list of stops.

Not the greatest resume I’ve ever seen. Maybe Brady wants to make sure our QB coach won’t eventually ascend to take his throne as HC.

This guy was honestly on your radar?

Young coach with lots of experience.. Seems to be overqualified for the job..

Why was this guy coveted?

He helped develop guys like Brock Osweiler, Mac Jones, and Will Levis, and called plays for Callahan when the ship was sinking in Tennessee?

Yeah, if this guy was our OC, I would be concerned but he is just so far down the chain of command that im not worried..

#1) I've actually heard of him. If you can say that about a QB coach, he's probably got something going on.

#2) If you look at where he's been he appears to have done some pretty solid work with some limited QB's.

#3) I was referring more to the hires as a whole, not just this individual one.
