Back2Buff Posted January 29 Posted January 29 It is tough to grade how he did in his short time here, but our two major CBs were both developed before him (White and Benford) and every time one of the other CBs got in, they looked lost. 1 Quote
PauleeeWalnuts Posted January 29 Posted January 29 I wonder if these coaching departures are an indictment of Brady becoming HC and they would rather not work for him. Could it also be they were told they are not being retained? 1 Quote

Obviously the assistants were the problem. 1 Quote
Miyagi-Do Karate Posted January 29 Posted January 29 Is it just me, but I am only learning for the first time who many of our position coaches are now that they are leaving? 3 5 4 1 Quote
MrEpsYtown Posted January 29 Posted January 29 He sounds like he was a good one. But continue to clean house is the move. 1 Quote
wppete Posted January 29 Posted January 29 Bring in a complete new staff on Defense. The whole Defensive staff has to go. Hopefully it Schwartz or Leonard bringing in their own people not Mcdermott holdovers. 3 Quote
Rubes Posted January 29 Posted January 29 He was a good one. I would have liked to have kept Kromer and this guy. 1 Quote

Besides Kromer and Henry, I don't know if I know who any of our position coaches are anymore. Compared to a few years ago when we had guys like Chad Hall and Babich (in a poistion coach role) I think that's a sign that the quality may have dropped. 1 Quote

Pretty sure White was before his time. I think the guy that left when Babich got the promotion coached White up, think his name was Butler? 1 Quote

Seeing someo like Addae leave would suggest to me that rumor is it will be an outside hire and not someone promoted off staff that would retain them. So they need to find new jobs before the market dries up. 1 Quote

I would say get him back, but he is DC for Nebraska. Quote

Something must have happened to convince kromer to "retire". As far as the defense, they were probably told we'te going in a different direction and were let out of their contracts. 1 Quote

I remember Eric Washington being a talked up a lot as well as a D-Line coach, I have no idea who the current guy is this season. Edited January 29 by Bruffalo Quote
