Bruffalo Posted January 28 Posted January 28 Saying Babich is a better "CEO" is a stretch. I think what he probably means is that Babich is more available to the media. A lot of the WGR complaints seem to stem from the fact that Brady is not exciting enough for them to make content about. The whining that he doesn't generate enough quotes gave me such an eye roll. 2 3 Quote

Same thing he did before and after Dorsey was fired. 2 Quote

13 Seconds to Mars Posted January 28 Posted January 28 I take anything from WGR or their affiliates with a grain of salt. They have an ongoing beef going back to the whole Beane WR meltdown. It’s all bias. 1 1 4 Quote

I get that, but it's kind of a silly take, ignoring all the interest in Brady around the league and using Babich as an example, a guy who no one was interested in. I think he loses credibility by throwing that name out there. He's doing a favor for someone. 3 Quote
QB Bills Posted January 28 Posted January 28 With the amount of water this guy carries for the Bills, you'd think his arms would be even bigger than they are now. 1 2 Quote

MikePJ76 Posted January 28 Posted January 28 I like Sal. His opinion on these things is the same as ours. He is just offering it. There has been no indication he does not like brady in anyway. also Sal is not a journalist nor claims to be...The people in this thread sarcastically calling him that are pretty goofy. 1 2 1 1 Quote

And all of the interest in Brady over the last two years that has turned into exactly zero head coaching jobs offered to him until the Bills themselves cronied him. I have no idea about anything Babich, so I'm not sticking up for him, but Brady wasn't exactly being barred from leaving any other team's building without the head job. Quote

BigAl2526 Posted January 28 Posted January 28 Fascinating that Cappacio cites CEO skill set as the reason his doubts about Brady as a head coach, while his CEO vision was cited as a major reason the Bills hired him. Somebody is misreading reality. It will be interesting to find out who. 1 Quote
SirAndrew Posted January 28 Posted January 28 I didn’t like this hire at all, but if Sal doesn’t like it maybe it’s better than I know. 1 Quote
