GerstAusGosheim Posted January 28 Posted January 28 (edited) Not that the Bills care what a reporter thinks....but given he has such close access to the club, maybe they should... One day before Bills name Brady HC, Sal states on his podcast… “I just can’t see it (the Bills elevating Brady). I never thought this job would go to him. I don’t know if I would be on board with the move. Bobby Babbich is a much more CEO type leader than Joe Brady. That’s my reservation with Joe. I don’t know if he’s ready for the CEO type role.” A lot of people on this board are not on board either...and agree with some of those statements...But given how much of a Sean homer Sal became, I'm surprised he made those honest, risky statements. Good luck with that burned bridge. If anyone is a regular caller or tweeter, hope you press him on that. Especially after mocking so many callers who said Sean isn’t going anywhere. People are just finding ways to be upset instead of just looking at the obvious problem which was McDermott and his in game management decisions and terrible playoff defense. Stop trying to read too much into what Pegula said or didn’t say. Just use some common sense people. 2 3 4 1 Quote
Cheektowaga Chad Posted January 28 Posted January 28 Also guess we know where Sal would get the majority of his "insider information"..... McDermott 1 Quote

Big Turk Posted January 28 Posted January 28 Where I have landed is that it doesn't matter that we think, the only thing that matters is the end result, and we won't know that for at least another year or two. We can think we know how it will go, but all we are doing at this point in conjecturing in our minds. I don't necessarily like it, but I don't need to like it for it to work. 3 2 Quote
MPL Posted January 28 Posted January 28 Seems like he simply said he didn’t think the Bills would promote Brady and he didn’t know how he would feel about it if they did. Sal sounds like all of us. 1 2 Quote

D. L. Hot-Flamethrower Posted January 28 Posted January 28 I've heard some of the local media say Brady is "just not a great quote"and "says nothing interesting" so don't like the hire. LMAO these guys are so lazy. 1 1 Quote
TheFunPolice Posted January 28 Posted January 28 now he'll be shutting down anyone who doesn't like the hire on his show and doing all he can to further the narrative that everything negative that happened was because of McDermott. 5 Quote
