That's just what we need, a HC nursing her baby on the sidelines during a critical drive.

She might not leave practice squad DB's on an island immediately after they entered the game cold in critical defensive situations.

I'm certainly not advocating for it; the idea of him suddenly becoming an NFL HC next week is comically absurd.

I do think he's probably going to end up in the league in some capacity eventually, probably sooner rather than later. I don't "love" the idea of him becoming the Bills QB coach but I don't know enough about his attention to detail or potential for success in that position to have a cow about it if he does.

As for the question re: fire, I would be really hesitant to suggest Rivers lacks it. We've seen him go full psychopath on the field many times, going back all the way to his days at NC St. He doesn't strike me as a guy who is comfortable with being comfortable, or allowing those around him to be.

I mean, imagine the HOF level ***** talking Rivers can elevate Josh to.

The sheer magnitude of it will break the opposing D’s will in the 1st quarter.

I mean having the best looking head coach in NFL wouldn’t hurt and has good chemistry with our star QB….

Former players who have become head coaches and won a super bowl as both a player and a coach are quite a small group

Tom Flores: Won Super Bowl IV as a player [Third string QB] (Kansas City Chiefs) and Super Bowls XV and XVIII as head coach of the Oakland/LA Raiders.

Mike Ditka: Won Super Bowl VI as a player (Dallas Cowboys) and Super Bowl XX as head coach of the Chicago Bears.

Tony Dungy: Won Super Bowl XIII as a player (Pittsburgh Steelers) and Super Bowl XLI as head coach of the Indianapolis Colts.

In the pre-super bowl era - you also have:

Chuck Noll: Won 1954 & 1955 NFL championships as a player for the Cleveland Browns and four Super Bowls as head coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers.

I think we need to see if patches o'houlihan is available

Maybe we can hire Cotton and Pepper for color commentary while we are at it

Sondra is hilarious. Let's get her an interview

Am I the only one who would have no clue who Hallie is if she didn't marry Josh?  Maybe I'm just a nerd or old or something.

If she hired a good OC and DC, why not.

She'd have a good pitch:  "I don't know squat about football, so I'll give you absolute control and autonomy on your side of the ball.  No meddling at all except perhaps on your fashion choices."
