Im fascinated by this one. Guy is clearly cut out for coaching, IMO, but I wonder if this is too soon for an HC job. I know Josh McCown interviewed for a job with Chicago (?) so it’s not unprecedented, but this is somewhat out of nowhere.

So I have heard he has a brilliant offensive mind and no nonsense attitude. This may actually be a secret OC disguised an on HC interview.

If the rumors about who Buffalo's true #1 candidate are true, they are wise to be ahead of the curve when it comes to potential OC/DC hires.

Oh hell no.

Unless they’re looking for someone who can advise Josh on how to deal with being a great QB for an organization that can’t get over the hump.

I know I’m feeling pretty left out personally……and so far Pegula is only batting .500 on hiring head coaches in the NFL. Less if you believe some people here. What is Bernie Kosar up to or is he available for OC?

Why is this getting sh*t on and Davis Webb getting hyped 😂. Genuinely don’t understand.  Not trying to claim Webb isn’t a bright dude but you can probably fill two books with things rivers knows that Webb doesn’t

im all for hating both moves though for sure haha not sure if most people fall into that category

That's bonkers. Were there no more soccer coaches available.

Really hoping it doesn't happen, but again this has a real Buffalo Sabres feel to it.

Let’s hope this is more of a courtesy and possibly scouting for a positional coach gig to get his foot in the door. If he wants to be a QB coach and get the ball rolling on his coaching career by all means, but that’s definitely not a name I expected to see
