I looked this up last night. If he had already done a virtual interview with a team, he could do a second in person interview with a club, but since the Bills haven’t interviewed him yet, they can only do a virtual interview if the Seahawks win this week Quote

And if he is, then he definitely didnt MF Beane in front of everyone. Agreed, it sounds like whatever did happen was overblown. Thinking out loud, the Bills NEED Brady to interview. That probably, almost certainly, calms some of the disconnect in the locker room. Beane and Pegula need to make this about Sean not being good enough, not the entire staff. Whether they hire Brady or not doesn’t matter here. 1 2 Quote
TheFunPolice Posted January 21 Posted January 21 Beane seemingly fits the role of a cold blooded villain, but if we're being honest a terminator type is a lot of fun if he's on your side AND you're winning. Exhibit A: Belichick in NE. Pats* fans used to love making memes of him as Darth Vader when they were winning. If it doesn't work on the field though then it's no fun at all and it's just a more abrasive Kevyn Adams. Quote

Or insert another naughty word that a lot of POC football players call each other, if you know what I mean. In other words, it wasnt a "hard R" MF. 1 Quote
C.Biscuit97 Posted January 21 Posted January 21 Brady criticism is wild to me. In his 2 years as an OC, he’s had: a MVP, a rushing champ, the highest scoring offense in bulls history, and just called a. Amazing game against a top defense with some of the worst WRs in the nfl. that said, I don’t think he seems like a head coach type. Maybe eventually but I don’t know if he has that personality right now. 4 Quote
BuffaloBillyG Posted January 21 Posted January 21 Maybe it's just me, but the best part of the coaching search is having retro @YoloinOhio, the post bot/ information machine back in the fold. 😂😂😂 It's a good day for all 1 4 Quote
nedboy7 Posted January 21 Posted January 21 Beane believes the offense can run itself without a coach or WRs. He wants a defensive guy to coach his ***** roster to a superbowl. 1 Quote

Unless McDermott truly held everyone back. 2 Quote

I thought he sucked as OC. His propensity to run on first down was thoroughly diagnosed by league DCs by week 2 of the season. Not HC material Quote

I still feel like if this team had emphasized a couple real playmakers on the outside at some point, then everything would be much different. 1 Quote

If that's what he thinks (minus the hyperbole of no coach or WRs) and can hire a guy that runs an aggressive defense...he's right and I'm excited. Offense has never been the problem. Josh will move the ball. Even a half competent OC can get that side to 30 points a day. Shoring up the defense is what's going to help win playoff games and the numbers support that. 1 Quote

This franchise would have been valiantly running to 7-9, 8-8 the last five seasons without Allen. 1 Quote

Yes we shall see if his approach of not addressing WR can be sustained into a Super Bowl. He sure didn’t like McD’s criticism of this roster. Quote
Generic_Bills_Fan Posted January 21 Posted January 21 (edited) I think a lot of these interviews are to keep guys around as backup plans and to jam up every teams decisionmaking until some of the playoff coaches are available.. there’s a lot of jobs open so teams probably have to plan for the worst a few of these guys might wait to see what the bills, ravens etc decide to do before taking some of the ‘lesser’ jobs Edited January 21 by Generic_Bills_Fan Quote

I'm sure Brady has referred to a number of people in the building as MFer.
