How much do teams use these interviews just to get a chance to have really smart football guys come in and tell them what they'd to turn things around.

i mean, you must pick up a few good nuggets conducting all these interviews. if you go into them with that mindset

Joe Brady is getting a head coaching job somewhere.  Could be NFL, could be collegiate but I think he's getting a head job.

I dont think he's available for DC.  Would they have to make him associate head coach or something akin to that?

Yes. His scheme also has had success against mahomes in the playoffs

They will def bring in people just to hear what they say. It doesnt hurt to have respected people come in and give ideas on what they would do.

One of the reasons I am big on Jesse Minter. Has experience slowing Mahomes down, also did well against Drake Maye.

Lou is a NY guy, had one down year in Cincy but otherwise a great resume.  He’s not a bad candidate.  A friend of mine knows him well - not sure if he’s ultimately HC material but he’s intriguing.
