You’re confuse. I wasn’t saying he confirmed a meeting. I was saying he confirmed that he felt the roster was good enough and McD didn’t (we already know McD didn’t from his comments to the press over the past month, plus the leaks).

It’s a weird news item. Are we really to believe that the head coach and the front office don’t talk about roster talent? As if McD saying this five weeks ago was somehow a bombshell opinion?

 

“ oh hey Mr. Pegula, I’m not sure rolling into the playoffs with Coleman and some guy named Hardman is a great idea.”

 

Either way, get the best quarterback in the NFL a freaking wide receiver already. Jesus.

Pegula mentioned this and said they talked literally every day just about so this made no sense in context and that people are going to disagree in any business, relationship, etc. and that it is normal and healthy.

 

I mean it would be like people being concerned because you disagree with your spouse about something and that means you automatically want a divorce or the relationship is destroyed.

Doesn’t matter. The Bills are moving on. As it should be. If the media and fans can’t, that’s their problem. 

In regards to the team. The roster (McDermott's guys) will be gone. It's going take some time to reshape this team. i.e. worse before better

I agree. I fully expect us to have a down year as Beane retools the team, especially with a new HC on board. We will be competitive as long as we have Josh, but we should brace ourselves for a step back.
