It will be tougher than usual to figure out who the Bills will draft this year, because we won't know the tendencies of what types of players the new coach will want to bring in, but here is my first stab at it.....

Feel free to add your Mock Drafts here!!

Moved up a little in the 1st to secure a top WR prospect:

21.   KC Concepcion WR Texas A&M

60.  A.J. Haulcy S LSU

91.   Domonique Orange DT Iowa State

126.  Aiden Fisher LB Indiana

At this early stage it seems like it’d be more interesting to see if there’s a consensus on the Roster spots as opposed to actual player names.

From the OP’s mock I get:

Offense: WR

Defense: Safety, DT and LB

Not a bad start!

Whether by draft or free agency or hanging onto your key guys... keep both trenches strong.  That's where the elite NFL teams are always a cut above.  Then work outwards...  we obviously have a great QB so no worries there.

I've already been obsessed with this year's draft unlike any other year. Just has been painful watching this boundary wr unit all year. I've been watching wrs all year. By doing the mock's I've become pretty familiar with everyone. Would love to be able to do some trade downs. They need a bunch of picks. Don't see this year being the year trading up espeically with a new coach. Would love to have KC Concepcion or Boston with the first pick. They need to double dip and maybe triple dip with adding another wr late. Then need to focus on Dline, Lber, secondary(safety or slot corner).

Bills obligatory mock
==============

Trade our first round pick to KC

Take undersized but high IQ LB
Take an average but high character DE

Take a WR who is cut after training camp

Take a S or CB who will never start but can play special teams

Take a DT who will leave Buffalo but promises to return at age 36

Win the games on your schedule.  They didn't lose to miami, or the falcons - and earned an easier slate in the playoffs as the 2 seed.  They also went 8-0 at home.

I think when you talk about Maye's MVP campaign strength of schedule matters some, but they're in the AFC championship.  At this point you have to respect them because they've shown that they don't beat themselves and the defense has come on really strong late in the year regardless of opponent.

Maye had to score more than 3 and 16 to get where he is.  The Pats D scored Sunday.   Maye has got to where he is by scoring 16 and 21 points.  Josh could only dream of that with McD's crap defense.   Someday some fans will realize how important defense is to success in the playoffs.
