Dinoman Posted January 20 Posted January 20 If McDermott truly had a say over the roster, then certainly "His" over valued players (in Beanes Eyes) will be gone. Ed Oliver? Bernard? Tre White? Milano? Please discuss. Im gonna go with Dion Dawkins. He was drafted before Beane Arrived in 2017. And he deserves to go. The past year or two, he shows up fat and out of shape for camp in July. He gave barely 75% effort in key situations, leading to multiple sacks against Houston and a Costly sack/fumble in that Broncos game. I read he gave up 9 pressures v Denver. NINE?!?!?! He is our second highest cap hit behind Allen, and He can be cut/traded post June 1 for a decent cap savings . He aint getting any younger either. He could be replaced with a 1 or 2 round pick (he was a very late 2nd rounder himself). 2 1 1 1 3 Quote
Bruffalo Posted January 20 Posted January 20 If this is the last time we see Baylon Spector or AJ Klein I swear I'm gonna stop watching the Bills. 2 1 22 1 Quote
Bray Wyatt Posted January 20 Posted January 20 Taron Johnson, Terrell Bernard, Dane Jackson, Jordan Poyer, AJ Epenesa, Matt Milano, Dawson Knox (if he doesnt restructure), Damar Hamlin, Tyler Bass, Jordan Phillips 3 10 1 2 Quote
SoonerBillsFan Posted January 20 Posted January 20 I think Dawkins gets 1 more year but will be told to get in shape. All the old Poyers, Lawson, Jones etc. That keep creeping on the roster are gone. That means some in the secondary. The days of bringing back washed up players because McDermott was afraid to use rookies and younger players that didn't know his defense, are over. 6 8 3 Quote

BuffaloRebound Posted January 20 Posted January 20 No way we move on from a pro bowl left tackle. I’d think Bernard and Taron of the guys under contract. Won’t bring back epenesa, milano. The rest are vet minumum type defenders who are on 1 year deals. Quote

Brandon Posted January 20 Posted January 20 I don't want to go into 2026 with a rookie starting at LT. No thanks on that. That being said, it is time to start considering the future of that position. If the right prospect were to fall to them in the draft, I wouldn't necessarily be against picking LT as early as R2 this year. But I wouldn't want to see him on the field for a year. Quote
