I just mentioned his possibility in a post spitballing a Davis Webb regime though tend to agree that continuity isn’t the goal Quote

Seriously though I'd never thought much about what Brady went through with that room this year. fans shredded that guy. and he had some bone headed plays. The Houston tape isn’t great for him adjusting on the fly… but if you zoom out and look at the outside talent and at what he did in the playoffs… if I’m a defensive coach he’s top of my list in a place like Tennessee…. or can you imagine Detroit? 1 Quote
MrEpsYtown Posted January 21 Posted January 21 I thought this was somewhat interesting. He talks about culture, holding guys accountable and is very complimentary of Beane. 3 1 1 Quote

Does anyone not realize that last season we scored more points than anyone in the league, with crap receivers, in the “every body eats” year… and this year we were once again one of the highest scoring teams in the league … who just put up 30 points per game, on the road, against excellent defenses, in the playoffs, with crap receivers …. And the same OC both years?!?!?! We need an emotionally cold CEO Head Coach, whose Defenses will not constantly wilt at the wrong time in the playoffs … that Josh can feel comfortable with and trust and not have to constantly feel he needs to play the perfect game out of his ass to win I don't understand this fascination with Klint Kubiak, or some other "up and coming offensive genius" Oh come on man… Quote
Victory Formation Posted January 21 Posted January 21 How much of Davis Webb is Sean Payton though???? I do like that he's a young, offensive innovator with a great relationship to Josh Allen but he's so young and inexperienced that I have questions about how well that would work..... Im not saying that he couldn't be a great option at the same time though, id just like to see more experience on his resume.. Could be great, could be terrible... Sean Payton called the plays in Denver...... Someone like Klint Kubiak is intriguing to me however because not only is he young but he's been highly successful everywhere he's went and with multiple teams (Minnesota, Denver, San Francisco, New Orleans and Seattle). To me, the answer is obvious, you go with Klint Kubiak, he's overqualified for the job.. 1 Quote

I like the idea of Webb over every other option save for the Flores/Daboll package deal idea. Which is probably because I have no idea if Webb will make a good Head Coach whereas on Vance Joseph and Kliff Kingsbury etc I have a pretty good idea. 1 Quote

I think if Kubiak is anything like his dad that would be the right hire. 7 hours ago, JMM said: That WAS very interesting what he said about Beane. That defense was a huge problem every season with the game on the line and was never good enough schematically to win a championship. We talk about personnel but it's the team McDermott wanted minus a few pieces (like receiver) Quote
Kelly to Allen Posted January 21 Posted January 21 Bill belichick is hired as the bills new hc ... He immediately goes over Allen's house and this happens: Allen joins the dark side.... Quote
MiltonWaddams Posted January 21 Posted January 21 Anthony Lynn confirmed for an interview today. Rooney rule, I assume. Quote
