So, not everyone got fired today. Kinda shocked Hardman didn't want to try free agency. Will be interesting to see who the new coach keeps from this list.

Hardman sat unsigned for how long? It makes sense for a futures deal so at least get to a training camp. Toss in he can see how weak WR is now moreso with three guys been in IR to end season.

The worst WR room in the NFL. I think he has decent shot at KR/PR/WR6.

He was in the Packers camp last year. Cut at final cuts and brought back and forth a couple times. Surprised his career is already down to "PS hopeful". I liked him coming out.

 

Still, with the HC spot being in flux it's surprising he's just taking a chance on being a match for whoever comes in rather than seek a smarter spot. But yeah, I suppose he's reached "take what I can get" territory

After all the injuries it's up there but Steelers WR room is worse.

Honestly I'm expecting a total different approach to free agency and the draft this year.

Retaining two LBs (likely as STers tho, but would be depth LB) who are 215-220# does not exactly inspire confidence for me.

Beane'd better not be looking for someone who can just run the Big Nickel better.

Basically, we have them under contract now to show up for training camp where most will compete for either a roster spot or a place on next year's practice squad.

That’s a pretty good list for what it is. I’ve really liked what I’ve seen from Gore. He looks like he belongs in the NFL.
