But we can do enough to make the playoffs next year and build a better foundation going forward Actually, I think the pressure is on in the choice of head coach and defensive coordinator. The roster isn't as bad as many people say and a good head coach and especially a good defensive coordinator, will be able to get more out of the current roster with only a few free agent or drift choice additions. All that's happened. Here is a playoff team has lost its leader, and if they hire the right leader, it's going to pick up pretty close to where it left off. Manage the defense and don't screw up. Josh. The right-head coach can do that job. I dont disagree. Klint kubiak just needs a couple WR worth a damn, and maybe a better FB?, and he can run his WCO. Defense needs to go 4-3 attack mode. Need a couple bigger LB's, a Safety and let's see what happens when we, you know,run a freaking stunt!!! But you are right, with the right staff, a decent FA period and a good draft, this team makes the playoffs next year in the new guys 1st year 1 Quote
