This year wasn’t on McDermott, it’s all Beane You are right, he needs to go as well but in the end McD's lasting achievement was a good and steady team culture. That was it. That's just not enough!! His defense never got it done, he made some of the worst in game decisions of any coach at this level in the NFL and his last two OC picks were awful.
