His constant back off coverage when the chips are down over and over and over.  His decisions to bring in and start out of football husks of players rather than do something to change his plans so it would be optimized for the talent we have (AJ klien over Williams vs KC in playoffs, not finding a spot for Ford and settle, etc).  Starting Peterman over tyrod, over Allen.  Fake punt w damar hamlin?  Retaining Hamlin?

His d is always ass, his special teams are always ass, and he reverts to his type of being a control freak scaredey cat over and over.  He undermined his coaches many many times, never brought in anyone established except kromer, and in the many many games we got trucked over and over again in the run, he just had no answer, didn't even have a plan b.  He and I think lez fraz were on record saying they don't do plan b.  Good coaches always adjust, they will always change things when they see what they are doing is getting murked.  MCD only changes things when he can step on a lower ranked coach or over ride people and these changes are always fearful and cowardly.  They are starting shot players because he is familiar, or playing prevent, or kicking out the end zone, or most of all not adjusting anything on d to offset injuries even in a temporary basis.

A man who said the o scored too quick when the I went up by 3 at KC leaving 13 seconds in the clock after he bumbles multiple easy opportunities to roll with who he's got to get to a home AFC chip game and achieve eternal glory with the hottest and best o on the planet is a loser.  He's a loser coach who has a super talented team and never got anywhere, he's a poor man's marv Levy who himself should have been replaced.

This is nothing more than a nonsensical rant full untruths and pontification with some elements of truth.  As far as azz defense, the Bills have the lowest yards and points against the last 7 years.  There is so much greatness to talk about with Sean and what he did for this team.  And I am not defending him as in moving on was not ok or anything.  As far as established coaches in addition to Kromer, how about Ryan Neilsen?

The best argument to move on from McDermott is about playoff defense.

the bills had those great records over a long period of time because of superior talent over a long period of time.  it was never enough to get the 1 seed.

the defense when it actually matters, is ass and cheeks and onions and rotten fish.  it stinks.

we had lots of games where we piled on stats vs trash heaps (having some sorry ass teams every year i the division helped) which improved our overall point differential.

in the playoffs, which is all that matters in the end, mcd and his coaching and his d were THE WORST EVER, MY GOD HOW OBVIOUS DOES IT HAVE TO BE TO YOU?

he never got us the 1 seed.  until the magic show this year by josh, he never won a road playoff game.  and he's 0 and 6 or 7 in overtime with josh allen.  that's all coaching stuff.  he's a not good coach who fluked into josh allen and some talent and threw everyone he could under the bus to save his al quada loving butt and ran out of cannon fodder for his failures.

You can hold yourself accountable privately but not publicly.  The 13 seconds thing is maddening but you also have to be thinking of the public reaction no matter your approach.  Overall Sean handled himself really well leading this organization even though they could never get over the hump.

Other than 13 seconds, what are his chips down decisions making failures?  I mean you can look at results and just say all decisions were wrong but were they?  He was not afraid, the was one of the most aggressive decision maker on 4th downs in the league.  He was not afraid to die by the blitz in big moments.

Damar Hamlin running on a fake punt is a very underrated McDermott ***** up.

I totally blocked that one out. I still don’t know what he was doing. It didn’t happen.
