Jerry Hughes. All that money spent and draft capitol spent on DE’s with a defensive minded head coach, and not a single sack in 5 years

Didn't Rousseau sack Lawrence last game? That 2 yard loss lol.

But ya the point stands. The D line always folds in the playoffs

Edit: Just saw it was from a post season "loss"

That’s disgusting

I wish I didn’t know that

It can't be unknow though.  How could this be possible.  It would seem at least once a QB would have slipped and fell and got touched down in that time.

In a loss. ….misleading title

Should I feel better about losing games for 6 years with no sacks? Help me out here.

No I do t think so let’s just get the facts right.  And to be honest you want sacks from DEs so 6 losses in a row sounds like a lot but it’s not exactly a tracked stat.

Rousseau had a sack in a playoff game last week which would be the answer to the thread title.

Before I opened this thread, Hughes was my guess

Is interesting that they did have one of the better pressure rates in the league, think was about 6th or 7th??  just few sacks to show for it.  Think having a good pressure rate would be good enough, but too often the QB would escape and run for 10 yards or so.   Think that's the issue more than the lack of sacks itself. the escapes.

I mean yeah, the best we’ve run out is Rousseau and he can’t finish a sack for a billion dollars.

Our GM decided “Mario Addison” was startable at DE.

Been saying over and over our draft picks have been super mid and people get all mad. Ya we have some great ones (cook, Allen, benford etc) but the good majority have been completely ineffective. Really think it's time to re think the gm position

I’m trying to reconcile how a coach who always says that “it all starts up front” can run a scheme that hangs the DL out to dry. You’d think he’d be running something like what Schwartz does in Cleveland- doing everything possible to help the DL be successful.
