Obviously over the years we’ve had some calls go our way; but for the life of me I can’t remember a game where the national media was focused on how our opponent was possibly robbed.

I think we benefited from a couple of no-calls in the 1/3/93 wildcard game against Houston (32 point comeback win). But that’s about all I got.

Rams game 2021, Gabe drew a pi call at end of game and we won because of it

Yeah, that was pretty marginal.  That's about the only one that comes to mind off the top of my head.

I think the Giants game in 2023 where they could’ve thrown a PI flag.

We only get the benefit of the doubt in unimportant regular season games. When the chips are on the table, the NFL doesn’t want Buffalo, NY.

Maybe that Washington game where Gibbs tried to ball back to back time outs and got a penalty

Nah, that's a rule.

It's hard to think of such things, because the NFL usually has these matters go against us, whether it's inconsistent application of the rule (Cooks v Aaron Rodgers, 2026; Cooks 4Q v Taron Johnson/Tre White OT, yesterday), blissful ignorance of rule and responsibility ("Just Give it to 'em"), and my personal favorite, making up a new rule on the fly (the new touchback rule implemented to save the Texans from giving up a TD at the start of the second half of the WC in Houston in 2019).

Also marginal, but generally consistent with how that came was officiated.  Also a noncall, which is a much less affirmative act than what we saw yesterday.

Spencer Brown held his man on our first offensive play in OT.  Game should have been over with a Denver Safety.

Denver fans had some legit gripes with the officials to.

Can Buffalo fans find a way to get out of our collective catastrophe is inevitable mindset???

It’s exhausting and in some weird way probably is why we can’t win.  The players feel that anxiety - see how Josh is wearing our emotions now.

It's not just us, NFL officiating has declined over the last two decades even as more replay challenges have been instituted. I've had the same rant over that time too, NFL officials are part-time employees and have multiple other jobs. As big as the league is, they should be full-time employees and study more than just between February and April. Calls have become even more questionable since the gambling companies partnered with the leagues, there's already been clear cases of refs in the NBA calling with bias and bets, NFL players betting on games, it's insanely naive to assume NFL refs are as good as they can be or not having some bad apples.

lol yes are you kidding?   Giansts game with daboll.  Rams during Covid just to start.

if you think the bills only get screwed by the refs and it never goes the other way you are just a blind homer.

Yes, that’s the other one I was thinking of.
