He should be upset. He played like *****. 4 turnovers. One of them literally handed the Broncos 3 points at the half. He put his already up and down defense in ridiculously bad situations. Somehow, after the poor performance, he pulls his head out of his ass and had a chance to go up by at least a touchdown late in the 4th quarter and he whiffed.

Like a Packer fan just mentioned to me - watching the Bills is like watching the Pack in the Aaron Rodgers era.  They always lost if Aaron didn’t play an A+ game.  Not enough help, especially on the defensive side of the ball.  
 

Josh didn’t play his best, but they still dropped 30 on one of the top defenses in the NFL at their place.. and lost the turnover battle by 4.  
 

Life is full of disappointment, cowboy up, and rally when the sun shines tomorrow and thank God Josh is still our dude.  A lot of fun Bills games ahead with him still in the building.

If this guy just retired I wouldn’t even blame him. The guy is the best player the Bills have ever had and it’s just never going to happen here. Call it wherever you wanna call it. We are just this. Lovable losers that end up on the wrong end every ***** time. If he just says screw it I’ll get out healthy, at least we can go back to no expectations. These things hurt

This should be obvious. I don't know how many need to go, but somebody does.  You can't bring them all back and expect a different result.

100% agree.  Do we want him to make those two or three extra plays?  Of course.  The ones that he consistently makes for us?  Of course.

 

However at some point, it's not sustainable for this inept coaching staff to put this much on him.  No great player in history can over come McDermott more than Josh has.

yup. He didn’t play his best game. He still did a ton right. Without him we would be 6-11…. 
 

im not sure what we get from nickel and diming him. Jordan missed a lot of game winners.

The window is shut, I don't know why people can't see this. The roster is so void of talent that losing Jordan Poyer in 2026 was devastating. On top of that, the cap is an absolute mess, if Allen is sad now just wait and watch.

I feel for him. He left some important plays out there today and this is now three years in a row where he had a shot to win it late and came up short. But he also needs more help and there's lots of blame to go around. McD's defense came up short once again and that's been a much more common theme of us getting ousted every season. It just sucks.

Please trade that man to a respectable franchise like the Steelers who need a quarterback so he can get his like Stafford did.  Buffalo as a franchise gets absolutely no respect and no favors from the league and refs.  That’s never gonna change.

He doesn’t deserve get blamed year in and year out when the coach and gm skate by. He clearly did not have the skill players around him. There are rumors that Stafford will retire if he wins the Super Bowl. Sean McVay a good coach would love to have him and he can be in Hollywood with his wife.

Because the future is hopeless. Objectively, the 13 seconds game was a much worse outcome, and completely overshadowed a generational performance from Josh Allen against their rival. But it was easier to move forward from that one because of the ascendance of that team and the thought that they would be back stronger. Everyone knows this team is out of money, with massive weaknesses at many positions, without the ability to draft well and with retread coaches. We have gone from being an offensive juggernaut with a bad defense to a more balanced and inconsistent offense with a bad defense. Josh is arguably at or past peak and is getting visibly slower. His age starts with a 3. There isn't much to be excited about going forward. They also are very unlikely to fire the coach IMO, and we will likely start over with a worse OC than Brady.

got to cut the snakes head off  We all know somebody will get tossed under the bus this offseason Most likely Babich and Brady get a HC job.  Beane will then tell us he didn't have draft capital or willing to get a #1 WR and we'll run it back  Sean's nickel defense will once again have a million injuries when you ask small bodies to tackle big bodies  Then Josh will miss on a few plays and the refs screw us and we'll see you in 2027
