london_bills Posted January 18 Posted January 18 (edited) I think a reason why the coach could go, or the GM, is that Josh and Tre at the end played undisciplined (even if it was understandable at times). If we are undisciplined in the most important moments it might be a sign we can't get it doneĀ Edited January 18 by london_bills 2 1 Quote
MJS Posted January 18 Posted January 18 Well, that loss is on him. Can't turn it over so many times and expect to win. And he had the ball in overtime with a chance to win it and he didn't. Ā On to next season... 7 4 Quote
Urban Achievers Posted January 18 Posted January 18 Iāll ride with Josh 1000%until heās no longer a Bill.Ā Ā Regardless if this wasnāt his best game, he alone got us this far this season.Ā Ā Pegula sure as hell fire Beane in short order.Ā Ā Ā 8 3 5 Quote
MasterStrategist Posted January 18 Posted January 18 This guy lives and dies with us.Ā Ā Ā No other QB I'd rather have on our side. Ā Its OK Josh, heal up and rest up - you deserve it. Ā My 7 year old is crying in bed, not understanding the heartbreak š feeling, for the 1st time in his life.Ā Things happen for a reason, it will be the most special day in the future when Josh brings glory to Buffalo and all its fans. Greg S Posted January 18 Posted January 18 He wasn't good today and nobody can argue otherwise. Despite his mistakes today he did manage to get the lead for us in the 4th quarter. Why cant the defense ever make a game changing play in a big spot. Plenty of blame to go all around. 4 3 2 Quote
Southern Bills Fan Posted January 18 Posted January 18 All you guys blaming Josh for this are crazy. Hardman catches it or Cooks catches it, we win 5 5 2 Quote
BullBuchanan Posted January 18 Posted January 18 He knows that he left plays on the field that could have won the game. To be clear, everyone deserves blame for the result: Ā The playcalling, both offensive and defensive, was situationally terrible despite being ok for large stretches Why did we go away from pressuring Nix when it was clearly working? Josh was irresponsible with the ball too often He neglected open players in favor of bigger plays He threw into tight coverage down the field and executed poorly The level of effort from Dion "the Slobman"Ā Dawkins was once again pathetic Our defense melted at the worst possible times Savage shouldn't be on an NFL roster And on and on. 2 4 1 2 Quote
DuckyBoys Posted January 18 Posted January 18 many mistakes as he made we still had a shotĀ Just needed impartial refs and few plays to me madeĀ The Cooks questionable INT reinvented Billsy ways to loseĀ Cant justĀ run it back without a ton of changes starting with Sean/Beane 1 3 Quote
HappyDays Posted January 18 Posted January 18 Yeah I'm watching, it's an awful scene. This more than anything is why changes have to be made. No other QB has to play at their ceiling for 4 quarters to go further than the divisional round. He puts it all on himself because if it isn't him no one else will step up and make the play. Played perfect against Jacksonville and we barely won. Made a few mistakes against a mediocre #1 seed and we lost. It can't be like that. His best performance four times in a row is not a realistic standard. 5 23 7 14 Quote
