McDermott is safe in my book.  That could change if the D gets routed by Denver.  I just don’t think there’s any available I’d rather have than him.  Stefanski IF Schwartz came with him may be a good fit.  Kubiak?   Depends on who he brought in as coordinators, but maybe

I’d have no problem if Beane were fired, but I don’t thinks that’s gonna happen.

Brady and Babich….to be determined based on how the season goes.  This is where they earn their keep.  Playoff play calling and play design is what it’s all about

if we win the SB, someone may hire Brady as HC.  I like the guy, but not as a HC in the NFL

People act like Beane and Mcdermott don't have any intersection.

None of us have any idea what it's like at OBD. Who makes what choices.

What I would hope Terry would make his decisions on are what he sees everyday. If Beane and Mcdermott are doing things the right way, it is hard to justify firing either of them based on not winning a SB.

Fans have a really hard time understanding that they WAY oversimplifying everything.  I just wish that Sean Mcdermott would show up at their job one day and second guess everything they do...even better if he has zero experience doing it.

I agree with most of that, and the end of McD may be his choices in coordinators. I wish we had guys who were not growing into the job while we have so much on the line. Fingers crossed.

Aww you’re probably one of those fair weather fans that was probably heartbroken the Bills won last week because you want somebody fired so badly lol. Nobody is getting fired. Just accept it and move on already 🙄

To be fair, I thought this season was McDermott's best coaching performance on a season to date.  Is the Coleman pick a fatal mistake for Beane?  If they don't win and wideout appears to the reason, then I think it might.

That win in Jacksonville likely saved this staff and bought them another season- it was really impressive, and yes because of Josh, but give the injuries before and during that game, I was very impressed with the fortitude of this team overall.  To be honest, not sure they had any business winning that game on the road, and the facts that they did, maybe McD and Co. have turned that important corner to a team that can win big.

I feel really optimistic about this week, and this team.  Given injuries and the receiving room maybe I shouldn't- it just feels different right now, like guys you don't expect are gonna step up big, i.e. Tre last week.

Pressure seems off and guys are just playing... that feels good

The optics of getting (at least) to the afc championship this year are really interesting.  I think it’s reasonable to start in 2020 as the bills were still kinda feelin stuff out in 2019 and we woulda had to go through both Brady and mahomes that year lol

gives you a 6 season time frame and making it this year puts you in the afc championship 50% of the time over that span.  That just FEELS like such a massive distinction from 2/6 despite amounting to just one game difference at this point 😂

McD has won me over the past couple of years.  I would hope he stays regardless of tomorrow's outcome.  I also don't really understand the Brady hate.  The offense has been good under his watch despite having a very poor WR room. (2nd in points last year and 4th this year; led league in TOP this season too).

I wouldn't shed too many tears if Babich and Beane exited.

I definitely do not want to "BLOW IT UP" as some have suggested. You might very well waste the remaining years of Josh's prime that way, which makes no sense considering how close we've continually come to climbing the mountain.

That's the Josh Allen makes everyone around him look better paradox

No I'm back on the "stop f**king around in October and costing yourself the 1 seed" bandwagon.

My stance on McD has softened, he is clearly running a defence that is outperforming the level of talent.

Not a big Brady fan but he's not a failure either.

I will not be a Monday morning QB on Beane - he has wasted at least 2 years with a generational QB. Even if we win it all, he needs to go for professional malpractice.

This pretty much sums up where I am.

Has a head coach ever been fired after a divisional round loss?

If so, it is a rare occurrence. McDermott will not be fired.

Beane? We’ll see. Context clues could lead some to believe McDermott/Beane are fractured.
