KentuckyBillsFan Posted January 13 Posted January 13 Good thing we didn't draft a WR until the 7th round or make a move at the deadline for one. ***** Brandon Beane. 9 3 6 1 2 1 2 2 1 Quote

Virgil Posted January 13 Posted January 13 Okay, this one hurts. Do we have anyone left that can block at WR besides Coleman? I really hope Coleman realizes this is his time to step up in the biggest way possible. Cooks, Shakir, Coleman, Samuel, Hardman? These guys are going to be exhausted due to the lack of rotation time for them. I don't expect Cooks, Shakir, or Coleman to really leave the field much 5 4 Quote

Virgil Posted January 13 Posted January 13 What's interesting is that neither Gabe nor Shavers will be available for camp. Shakir and Palmer are probably the only two roster lock receivers starting next year. (I only say Palmer because his 11 mil salary is locked in whether we trade or cut him) 1 3 Quote
dave mcbride Posted January 13 Posted January 13 (edited) Confirms my belief that the NFL's single-team bye system for each conference is the most unfair advantage in all of major pro sports. I know there are byes in other sports (MLB), but what makes the bye in the NFL different is the assurance of injuries in the WC round. The Bills tragicomically saw not one but TWO of their receivers go down with ACL tears on Sunday and lost a starting safety as well. SF lost Kittle and a safety (hamstring) and has to face Seattle next week. Meanwhile, Denver and Seattle suffered no injuries. Edited January 13 by dave mcbride 1 10 1 1 2 Quote
