Popular Post HappyDays Posted January 11 Popular Post Posted January 11 Another ho hum game where Allen nonchalantly makes history: All the talking heads said the game was on him. They were correct, whether fair or not. He delivered if not the best playoff performance of his career than definitely the smartest. He looked like Peyton Manning talking to his line and making checks pre-snap. Many of those 3rd down conversions were made with his brain more than his arm. And when his team needed him to be Superman, even while practically playing in a fully bodycast he couldn't be denied. 22 9 60 9 Quote
Royale with Cheese Posted January 11 Posted January 11 He did it with injuries to all levels to his body. Half of the board members on here would have died after the beating Allen took. 15 20 6 8 1 Quote
tigerthelion Posted January 11 Posted January 11 Yeah, but there is a lot of room for improvement, you see. He wasn't at 100% accuracy and he took a sack. He has got to clean that up. 23 1 Quote
Mod_Squad_Reject Posted January 11 Posted January 11 Allen covers a lot of ills especially Brady’s. He’s so slow to adapt. 3 1 Quote

Cannot wait for him to get the appropriate personnel, fitting of a QB of his caliber 5 1 3 Quote
Simon Posted January 11 Posted January 11 He was brilliant. If not for the penalties and drops, he might have run that team right out of the building. 14 8 7 1 Quote

The greatest player in NFL has all that pressure because he’s the only one that can actually put the entire team on his back. 3 2 8 Quote
Kirby Jackson Posted January 11 Posted January 11 (edited) For the Bills to win, they need Superman. They had Superman today. What a performance. 3 more of those!! Edited January 11 by Kirby Jackson 8 7 3 1 Quote

GunnerBill Posted January 11 Posted January 11 I said it in the gameballs thread. Mentally the best he has ever played. He shouldn't have taken the sack late 3rd but that was literally his only wrong decision all day long. He did get some help, in that the defense made some plays today - they kept that offense way below its normal production but scoring was all on Josh and he just found a way. Man that play to Cooks.... knowing he was gonna get crushed. Incredible. 11 9 5 1 Quote
Playoffs? Posted January 11 Posted January 11 How many game balls can Josh win today? He proved why he is the BEST and TOUGHEST player in the entire league today. 2 1 4 Quote
Royale with Cheese Posted January 11 Posted January 11 If Cooks doesn’t drop that post, we win comfortably. 3 Quote

Look at Lamar and Burrow over the years and how their inability to stay healthy has cost their teams. Allen's iron man streak doesn't get nearly the attention and the credit that it deserves. 5 4 Quote
