Being down only 13 is a win Imo. O line needs to step up. Honestly with the pressure, I'd actually throw some screens. Can't believe I'm saying that

They are daring them to throw short.

Truthfully with respect we should not be talking or thinking about the super bowl. This team isn't super bowl caliber. Let's be honest.

The AFC is weak and Josh Allen could easily spoil against a better team, so it's not a crazy idea. It's just a longshot

The Josh fumble was on 2nd and 2.  Throw it away and stop the hero ball.  Third and two is easy!!

He is so amazingly good that when he does this bonehead stuff it's like shock because he's elite physically but maybe not all the time mentally

Sure. The problem is that we've spent the vast majority of our draft and FA resources on the defense these past two years. So coming away from that strategy saying "hey they weren't too bad today" represents a major failure of teambuilding. The offense sucks because they fill it with scraps. All of the resources spent plus a defensive minded head coach means we should have a shutdown defense... But the expectations have gotten so low for them.

Exactly why I would gut that side of the ball in the offseason and move on from overpriced Vets. Go with youth movement and hope McDermott can coach them up to be middle of the road. Put available resources towards the offense.

Not seeing a comeback today, hope i am wrong and eat my words Eagles a bad matchup for Bills, Allen would have to go ultimate superman mode

Start with opening up with a TD in the 3rd quarter and go from there. It’s not the end of the world.

Tired of watching this vanilla offense get taken to the woodshed by quality defenses.  You can say our WRs suck all you want (I agree) but this is on our OC.  Best QB in football and this offense looks like it’s led by Holcomb.

We are really good at pressing an advantage if it is present and obvious, and seemingly lost in every other way in the first half of every football game we play.

It's maddening

Weather had nothing to do with the mistakes.

I don’t think that ball slips out of joshes hands if it weren’t raining.  He also wouldn’t have fumbled the snap previously. Just two instances…but both pretty impactful

Cooks had them again but Allen missed it.

Nope it wasn't a miss. Cooks went inside, Allen threw outside. I would just be guessing if I pretended to know who was wrong. Hopefully the next two weeks of practice gets them on the same page.

If a miracle drive for a TD and then a fast stop or take away blesses us, then ya that's our way back in this game
