I am wondering if dude can still play. He offers speed and opens up the passing game. Would you take a chance with him?

He was special when we had him. We overplayed him to #3 and even #4. He was a #5 special skill WR. We have a lot of those. He was Shakir with more speed and elusiveness with less hands and worse routes.

The NFL is becoming a lot of specialized WRs in lieu of having 1 dominant type. Defenses are catching up to the WR position again.

No. We have like 4 Isaiah McKenzies.

If I’m Beane I am scouring the FA / retiree list for pass rush and WR help that can actually still play.

One name that I am particularly wondering about is Aaron Donald and if he would want to still play. Beane needs to act as if his job counted on it. Now is the time!

Offensive Players

Tyron Smith (OT, Jets/Cowboys): Retired in April 2025 after a distinguished career.

Derek Carr (QB, Saints): Announced retirement in May 2025 due to a significant shoulder injury.

Mason Crosby (K, Packers): Retired after 16 seasons as the Packers' all-time leading scorer.

Mitch Morse (C, Bills): Retired after a career of leadership and intelligence.

Absolutely not.  He burned his bridges here by being a loud mouth who sold out his head coach to a blogger.

Yep, I remember. He still has a loud mouth.

Curtis Samuel was supposed to be that guy. A guy who can’t really run routes but is a good gadget player but I agree we don’t really need that right now because our running backs basically do that. Honestly, the guy that’s probably going to open things up the most during the playoffs is Brandin Cooks. I’m glad we brought him in.

What's Stevie Johnson doing nowadays? 🤔

Probably 45 and gray

Wondering why it takes longer for a bowel movement...

Starting to think this is serious

Why not

Because he had his chance to show he could be a capable NFL WR with the Bills, and he fell short (see what I did there?)

Then he got another chance with the Colts, and he muffed it (see what I did there?) ending in some weird ***** - Colts suspended him for the last 4 games for a "serious violation of team rules" in 2023

We already got a WR who is in the news for breaking team rules and becoming a healthy scratch, we don't need another.

Except for one problem….still under contract with the Rams.  😉

He didn't, actually, if you mean Dunne's hit piece.  He was quoted saying positive things.  But he still has baggage here, it's just different baggage.

Is this in regard the Tyler Dunne hit piece?
