I didn't think any of the calls that went against the Pats were incorrect but let's be honest, if those same correct calls were made against the Bills, half the board would be up in arms with how the NFL was obviously fixed.

I am glad that McDermott is not one of those coaches who are constantly whining about refereeing.

The interference on Keon was weak.

I thought it was bush league as well, and I may be wrong, but I thought the league can fine a head coach who publicly calls out the referees in the media.  McD made the right call in just moving onto the Browns.  If the league wanted to fine him, it would state a message to other coaches.  It probably won’t happen, as he rode a fine line on his radio show.  He came dangerously close in his comments.

So, after listening to Vrabel's whining, especially after the years of bullcrap calls benefitting the cheatriots, I might have ordered a box of tissues to be sent to his office in Foxborough. I love amazon.

This affirms what I think about Vrabel, he isn’t some elite tier HC. He is petty to and tries to play mind games. His team has had a nice year but something in my gut says he will struggle to have consistency. He seems like a volatile guy.

I agree the call was pretty weak but it was correct.

Allen saw it. No wonder our wide receivers never catch the ball, they are always interfered with🤪

This is one of the more ridiculous moments I can remember from an NFL coach:

Lost a lot of respect for Vrabel with this. The day after a loss he is pointing the finger at the officials instead of at himself and his team for blowing a 21 point lead. And these weren't even particularly controversial calls.

There was an nfl insider - I believe on Sirius radio show. They said vrabel is a football nerd. He’s actually super intelligent. He looks like a meathead but he’s anything but in real life.

that being said. That first game in buf. The first half calls against us were so ridiculous- you could tell vrabel worked the refs. And I wish McD would do more of.

but after this game and that interview. My opinion on him has soured. Although if you’re a pats fan you prob love the authenticity and transparency

I'm with those who think this has at least as good a chance of backfiring on him. The 4D chess stuff isn't convincing to me.

Losing definitely has a higher correlation with officiating complaints. Sometimes there actually are injustices and in a league with lots of close games, it's not hard for the losing team to blame the officiating.

My nickname for Todd Bowles is Todd Bowels... he always looks like his Depends need to be changed.

I won't yet judge Vrabel fully until I listen to his comments... which I'm not sure I can be bothered to do.

Please don't take this the wrong way but I'm skeptical of stuff I see on the internet... what game was this associated with?

For sure, that should have not been offsetting penalties.

By the way, when Deone Walker arrived in the scrum (to play peacemaker... I think he actually ushered Milano out of there) the New England players dissipated pretty quickly!

I've always thought John Hussey was a referee of great temperament and integrity.

I love how he calls games and manages his crew.

It was right after the first match this year. I heard about it more than just this tweet as well. But you're correct, you can never tell what's real anymore. It's annoying.

my heart breaks for them....

The reality is that we're the league darlings now. With no KC and possibly no Baltimore we are getting every call like KC used to.

Maybe he should look at McDaniels and ask why they only ran the ball 3 times in the second half which included a long td run.
