MarlinTheMagician Posted December 15, 2025 Posted December 15, 2025 Tre White had himself a game. Crazy pick (even though it didn't really enhance field position), and a touchdown saving, picture-perfect play in the end zone against Hollins. Hollins catches that, we have a different game. Well done Mr. White! 30 4 9 2 Quote

SageAgainstTheMachine Posted December 15, 2025 Posted December 15, 2025 He’s going to make a game saving play in the playoffs. I believe he has one more in him. 4 2 Quote
Billzgobowlin Posted December 15, 2025 Posted December 15, 2025 First half I was worried about not having Benford but guys definitely stepped up 2 Quote
Ohiostyle Posted December 15, 2025 Posted December 15, 2025 Teams are still trying him, but succeeding less. Always a good day when the Bill's win and Tre plays well! 3 Quote
finn Posted December 15, 2025 Posted December 15, 2025 The geriatric ward stepped up today: Poyer, Tre, and Milano all had big contributions. Now it's time for the youngsters to match them. Then we'll get places. 4 2 2 2 Quote
newcam2012 Posted December 15, 2025 Posted December 15, 2025 Tre is certainly playing a lot better the last few games. Very serviceable and more. Get Benford back and Max continues to get reps and improve. Not a bad CB room. I'm concerned about T Johnson though. He's looking pretty rough. 3 5 Quote
Mango Posted December 15, 2025 Posted December 15, 2025 Tre has a had an overall decent to good season as CB2, with a couple of bad plays in tough situations. The clamoring that he's amongst the worst players on the team is just the same people parroting other peoples trash. But yes. He had a good day at the office. 7 2 Quote
That's No Moon Posted December 15, 2025 Posted December 15, 2025 We found a WR he can run with. 1 1 Quote
Steptide Posted December 15, 2025 Posted December 15, 2025 The fact that we only saw Hairston involved on a few plays is good Imo. Tre had a good day. Last year he was getting killed on plays, hence why he moved around to a couple different teams. Good to see him playing well 3 Quote
Sierra Foothills Posted December 15, 2025 Posted December 15, 2025 This might as well be in the same topic as the "Matt Milano is not washed up" one. As I said at points during the season, the stench of Bernard and Rapp made everyone on the defense look bad. There was never a time when White or Milano were playing poorly. 1 1 1 Quote

MarlinTheMagician Posted December 15, 2025 Author Posted December 15, 2025 Tre definitely seems on an uptrend to me. Maybe the injury in the preseason was limiting him until recent weeks. He is looking better and better. Same as Milano. Those guys are older, but not really old. Plenty young enough to be high caliber contributors, depending on the toll the injuries have taken. 2 Quote

Good to see him playing well I think Hairston and AJE were the main reasons for that 60ish yard TD run they had. Bishop maybe some too. From the one replay you see AJE and Hairston way over commit and loose contain. 3 Quote

To be fair, he was pretty bad early in the season. Teams were absolutely targeting him. 9 hours ago, Sierra Foothills said: This might as well be in the same topic as the "Matt Milano is not washed up" one. Do you even watch the games? How can you say that they never played poorly. That's a really surprising statement. I'll just leave it at that. 1 Quote

What is impressive is that Tre has been playing well in recent weeks with fairly heavy snap counts. When Max came back they reduced his snap counts and his play improved. But he logged all 52 defensive snaps in week 15 and he played about 80-90% the past few weeks. Hopefully they can keep him healthy and reduce his snaps a bit when Benford gets back so he’s able to play well in the playoffs 2 Quote
bmur66 Posted December 15, 2025 Posted December 15, 2025 Tre struggles with speed burners but he can still ball! Quote
CSBill Posted December 15, 2025 Posted December 15, 2025 (edited) I have been pretty hard on Tre this year, especially earlier in the year. But he has come around lately, and yesterday may have been his best game of the year. Edited December 15, 2025 by CSBill 1 Quote
Gugny Posted December 15, 2025 Posted December 15, 2025 He still sucks. But I’ll take any INT he can luck himself into. 1 1 1 1 Quote
