Almost every game has playoff implications of some sort (CBS' slate has a playoff implications in every game)

Fox also has an impressive slate. Chargers-Cowboys will be a hit along with the pivotal NFC south game between the Bucs/Panthers. Huge game between Jaguars and Broncos as well.

Update: Fox announcers are in- I don't agree with the assignments. The early Saturday game should've been a lower crew but with it being national what will you expect. 

 

Jags-Broncos don't deserve the E team and Bucs-Panthers CERTAINLY don't deserve the  F-team. There wasn't a lot of wiggle room though with the Cowboys always receiving the top crew though. Falcons-Cardinals though was guaranteed the G-team.

 

Here's how I would go:

@ryguy101 I do agree with you because Joe Davis and Greg Olsen deserve a much better game than Eagles Commanders and all the other assignments look off to me I really hope FOX changes these assignments because these assignments just look atrocious.

I’m also surprised Fox has Jags - Broncos, AND at 4:05. That game should have been flexed to a more visible audience, like Saturday instead of Commanders game.

The Bills are the only team playing at 1:00 on CBS who haven't been eliminated from playoff contention.  Gotta imagine our game will be the featured early CBS game.

The Bills have great history with Ian Eagle against the Pats, so I was glad when I saw he was calling last week's game. The last time that we were challeged by New England in 2021, he was on the mic for both the revenge game in Foxborough and the perfect game a few weeks later in the playoffs

Eagle is excellent and very likable.

 

I disagree with you about JJ. I rewatched the game and thought he did very well trying to be fair and complimentary to both teams.
