And, for someone upthread, when Marino blew out his Achilles I believe DeBerg played the majority of that year for the Dolphins at 44. EDIT - he might have been about 40 with the Dolphins, and back later with the Falcons at 44. Edited 19 hours ago by SectionC3 Quote

But Phillip Rivers was not particularly mobile at any point in his career, and he was statuesque at the point where he retired. Quote

Rew Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago I don't think Peyton has any broadcast limitations that would prevent him from playing. Quote

Agree, and how much can he really grasp current nfl systems? I mean I guess he probably watches still, but this seems like it's gonna end terribly Quote
Augie Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago I have to say, this has got to be one ginormous kick in the gut for Colt’s fans. Imagine you think lightning might be caught in a bottle, then the bottle breaks. Don’t worry, Colts fans. It can get much worse. Quote

Yeah but they have a good selling point, they have an actual offensive line and weapons for him. Quote
947 Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago Richardson has an injury to his orbital bone, his body is fine. No idea how severe it is, or why he hasn't been cleared. It was a pre-game stretching band that snapped & got him in the face. NBA players play through orbital fractures with a face shield, I'd have to think Richardson could potentially do the same with the added protection of a helmet & shield. Especially seeing as these remaining games this year could be his last shot at starting in the NFL. Quote

L Ron Burgundy Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago Feel bad for their fans. Never saw a team fall so hard from a good situation to TERRIBLE. The trade for Sauce will be made awful because of this too. 1 Quote

Process Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago Well that would be fun. Flacco would make a lot more sense, I doubt the Bengals hold him hostage if he requested his release. Quote
