I'd take a shot at the young man. His upside is high. Perhaps the great culture of the Bills locker room and coaching staff can because positive influence on the young man. Trade him out for Coleman. Nothing to really lose here.

I would take a shot at him.  We need WR and this is a way to get a look at a very talented WR on the cheap.  Maybe he was just not challenged enough in Cincy to  keep him focused.  If he knows he is not suiting up for the next game and is always not suiting up it would piss me off too.  Some people are wired to keep busy to keep out of trouble.  Don't look at the person look at the talent.  Kid is ubber talented, and its football first.  He just needs a good mentor.

Burton was off the Bills, and most every other teams draft boards.  Toxic.  Cincy doesn’t care about character.

He broke into his ex girlfriend's house, choked her and punched her. Less than a year ago. While he was a pro in the NFL. Now if he had Antonio Brown like numbers some NFL team might think he is worth a shot. A career 4 catches for 107 yards? No way.

At this point given his out put & character concerns if Cooper has stayed in shape I'd almost rather bring him back than get this guy .
