It's a "crucial game" because their franchise QB has fallen off a cliff.  He's won 5 games behind Center and the past 2 were horrible.  Can't fault Andrews for trying to catch that duck from Lamar, thinking it was for him.  Jackson had AMPLE time to single out Hopkins when he was over near the corner of the EZ.

 

NFL is wild this season, with total dogs in awful conferences (AFCN, NFCE and NFCS) "still in the hunt" and only 4 teams with double digit wins after 14 weeks.

Some crazy calls in that Ravens v Steelers game yesterday..

 

The Likely TD catch that wasn't and the Rodgers interception that wasn't..

The best is the Steelers Db's non chalant coverage. Likely is open by 3 yards even though things are compressed in the coverage.

Yes, he’s(unfairly) getting roasted but the pass was late and that was the problem. Not only did that allow the db to close on Hopkins, but Andrews continues coming across reasonably thinking the pass is meant for him. If he lets the ball go by and the db defends it, he’s catching hell today for giving up on a “sure” TD. Game on the line and the dude tries to make a play.  🤷‍♂️
