Correct me if I’m wrong, the Chiefs went 30 yards in 9 seconds on 2 plays and used 1 timeout.  Bengals went 66 yards in 50 seconds with no timeouts.  As far as the result I agree with you, 13 seconds is about as bad as it gets, only thing worse is a music city forward lateral scenario.  Yesterday, all the Bills had to do was no let them score with more than 2 minutes remaining (1 minute of clock time) and the game was over…and they couldn’t do it.
