Mod_Squad_Reject Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago (edited) What can you say, typical NFL hypocrisy, it’s all about appearance than substance. Edited 5 hours ago by Mod_Squad_Reject Quote
machine gun kelly Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago I’ve already used a personal example about my oldest with 6 serious concussions. The long term effects are no joke. Their behavior is reprehensible. This is not a headache. It bothers me when I hear the guy got his bell rung. That is antiquated thinking. He should have never been let back in the game even if the Neuro said ok. His coach should have protected him from himself. Every real athlete always says, I’m ok. Sometimes you have to keep him from hurting himself. Quote
Beck Water Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago I feel like someone could yell to Higgins and the UNC: "You Lied! You All Lied!" https://www.nfl.com/news/nfl-news-roundup-latest-league-updates-from-monday-dec-8 INJURIES WR Tee Higgins is in the league's concussion protocol after reporting symptoms after Sunday's loss to the Bills head coach Zac Taylor told reporters. The NFL and NFL Players Association released a joint statement obtained by NFL Network's Cameron Wolfe regarding Higgins' evaluation Sunday: "Tee Higgins was evaluated twice in game and cleared to return. After the game, in discussion with club medical personnel as part of a postgame evaluation, he notified the team he was experiencing symptoms and was immediately placed in the concussion protocol." Sad part is we all saw it as it happened and they still cleared him. Whoever gave the OK fir him to return should be investigated. Quote

Players played concussed all the time. You'd just rub some dirt on it and get back in. Who remembers those ammonia capsules? Just break one and hold it under your nose; that'll get rid of the cobwebs. Quote
