Process Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Can't really criticize the Bengals because we all watched Allen get knocked out vs Houston last year and finish the game. Can we all just admit that the concussion protocol is a complete joke? 2 1 9 1 Quote
Warriorspikes51 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Outrageous and unacceptable. Bengals should be fined and forfeit a draft pick he smashed his head multiple times after barely clearing last week. Goes into tent comes back into game then lockeroom and comes back in again. pathetic by NFL 1 1 8 2 1 Quote
MAJBobby Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago After watching Dawkins play entire Houston Game concussed I knew then the “independent” Nero specialist was a joke. NFL got what they wanted the narrative switched and now an afterthought 3 1 Quote
ColoradoBills Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Just coming out of protocol Thursday and then 2 more. It was bogus to me. Also, a player has to protect himself. He no doubt chose to stay in. His future health is on him too. 1 Quote
BuffBillsForLife Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Stars never get pulled for concussions unless they're knocked out cold. It was always a farce. 1 1 Quote
Bob in STL Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago I suspect he played concussed, but we don't know that for sure do we? He had a big game and is a very good player. Quote
Ya Digg? Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago If it’s confirmed he has another concussion (which seems likely) there is a real issue here 1 Quote
Bill Lewes Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Shouldn't have played after that very first bounce when he wass out of bounds - that being said, you're absolutely right Quote
JMM Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago VERY bad look for the NFL. This will be in the headlines this week and there should be a thorough investigation. Quote
Long Suffering Fan Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Okay, you can pass protocol, fine. I don't get why the concussion spotter didn't call down every time his head bounced off the turf like a basketball. It seems like he was evaluated only one time. Yet, it is very obvious that his head is smacking the turf, he is getting up holding his head, and he is coming off a concussion. 2 2 Quote

MDH Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Yeah, it was bad. I was saying to my wife the entire game “WTF are they doing allowing him to play?” when he got up after every play (usually a drop) holding his head. Just unacceptable. 1 Quote
Allen2Moulds Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Criminal.....Bengals said we need you, *uck your brain. 2 1 Quote

I called it criminal in the game thread....how many times does a guy have to land on his head before they say enough is enough??? Quote

After he grabbed his helmet after bonking his head off the ground a second time I was hoping they'd take him to the hospital and make sure he wasn't seriously scrambled. 1 Quote
Warriorspikes51 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Announcers were in on it. Pretending they didnt know what the issue was with him 2 1 Quote
FLFan Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago There was no way Higgins should have been in the game after the first head hit, much less the second. The NFL is a complete joke when it comes to player safety. 1 1 Quote

Urban Achievers Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago We couldn’t believe he went back in. Felt completely irresponsible and negligent by the NFL Quote
