No_Matter_What Posted Sunday at 09:17 PM Posted Sunday at 09:17 PM Say what you want about McD but apart from the first FG (which I approve) he was as aggressive as needed. 5 12 Quote

JMM Posted Sunday at 09:17 PM Posted Sunday at 09:17 PM Josh was FANTASTIC today. MVP Josh. Unfortunately, he will need to be that, on the road, 4 straight times to get to the promised land and win it. Not likely at all. I feel so bad for him. And screw McDermott and Babich. 5 3 2 Quote
BananaB Posted Sunday at 09:17 PM Posted Sunday at 09:17 PM If we didn’t have Allen I’m convinced we are picking top 5 almost every year 3 1 7 Quote
Brianmoorman4jesus Posted Sunday at 09:18 PM Posted Sunday at 09:18 PM That’s the type of wild game we never win. That was a season altering game. 2 3 1 Quote
Puckman5 Posted Sunday at 09:18 PM Posted Sunday at 09:18 PM (edited) Great game by Josh and the second half offense. A couple key plays on D, but an otherwise brutal day on that side of the ball. If the Bills ever with a Super Bowl under McDermott, I hope he gives Josh his ring. Edited Sunday at 09:18 PM by Puckman5 Quote

Potentially no Ravens, no Bengals, no Chiefs, and the Colts are done for with Danny Dimes going down for the season. 1 Quote
Not at the table Karlos Posted Sunday at 09:18 PM Posted Sunday at 09:18 PM Josh- it was nice to see the fans stay in the 4th quarter. 5 1 Quote
TheBrownBear Posted Sunday at 09:18 PM Posted Sunday at 09:18 PM Did that one remind any of the old timers of the type of wild games the 90s Super Bowl teams would win (Denver 21 point game, Odomes strip and and TD against Raiders, etc.)? That's how it felt for me. Nice to be on the positive end of one of these again (Obviously, Ravens opener was like this too). 2 4 1 Quote
davefan66 Posted Sunday at 09:18 PM Posted Sunday at 09:18 PM Wow. What a win! Two amazing back-to-back plays by the defense just rips us the win! Josh run to seal it!!!! Quote

As great of a pure passer as he is I really think you gotta be dual threat these days. Those few plays we pressured him (lol) he looked pretty listless and they would get ravaged by a good dline if bosa played I don’t think that game is close granted they were out Hendrickson also Edited Sunday at 09:19 PM by Generic_Bills_Fan 1 Quote
Lionel Hutz Posted Sunday at 09:19 PM Posted Sunday at 09:19 PM Does anyone think the defense would have stopped them if Allen doesn’t get the first down? 1 2 Quote

As a franchise QB should do as their pay takes up much of the cap and they are expected to raise the talent around them. Not trying to knock Allen, but that is what it means to be a franchise QB and not just a rent-a-QB that can manage a team to success. I would like the Bills to find/settle on some good receivers that are durable so Allen can build up more rapport with them - I think that will do wonders for Allen getting the ball out faster and anticipating where they will be. I like Kincaid and had high-hopes for Palmer but they have to be more available during the season. We need to have a healthier team - I think it is hard to judge this coaching staff when so many of the guys that should be starting are injured. Would like to see what they could do if they actually had most of their starting rosters. 2 1 Quote
davefan66 Posted Sunday at 09:19 PM Posted Sunday at 09:19 PM (edited) I’ll say this, that 2-point conversion played a huge part in the win. Bengals were chasing that point until the end. Edited Sunday at 10:45 PM by davefan66 4 5 Quote
