Week 14 games with AFC playoff implications

- Pittsburgh (6-6) at Baltimore (6-6).  Obviously we've beaten them both, but I'd rather Baltimore be out so go Stillers.
- Indianapolis (8-4) at Jacksonville (8-4).  We seem to have more trouble historically against Jax so I'll go with Indy here.

- Miami (5-7) at NY Jets (3-9).  J-E-T-S!  Let's put the fish out of their misery.

- Denver (10-2) at Las Vegas (2-10).  No Brainer - go Raiders.  But they really do suck.

- Houston (7-5) at Kansas City (6-6).  Struggling with this one.  Obv we came up a bit short against Houston and have bad luck in their building.  And I'm becoming less and less concerned about KC.  It'll be difficult, but I'll hope for Houston to lose here (actively hoping for KC to win is not possible).

- Philadelphia (8-4) at LA Chargers (8-4).  Fly Eagles Fly.

I feel there is the strong potential to go 0-6 in rooting interests this week.

I feel like we should be rooting for miami to keep winning.  I want them to have a shot when they roll into new england.  At that point whoever loses is good for us.

Steelers over Ravens - rather the Steelers win the division.

Colts or Jags - good news is one will lose. bad news is one will win. Don't care which one wins or loses. Unless it's a tie which rarely happens.

Dolphins or Jets - both suck and this game means nothing to the Bills.

Raiders over Broncos - but we all know who is winning this one.

Chiefs over Texans - Texans are right behind the Bills and have the tiebreaker so a Chiefs win here helps the Bills. 

Eagles over Chargers - all NFC teams over AFC teams at this point.

 

The most important game Bills over Bengals.

The sooner they're mathematically eliminated, the happier we'll be.

I'm not sold on Denver......they've looked good, but this is one game where i think the Raiders might step up and surprise some people.

Indy vs. Jax - Root for Indy because it hurts the Chiefs. Chiefs have a win over Indy and a loss to Jax. They don’t want to be in a WC fight with the Jags as they lose the tiebreaker.

I'm rooting for KC over the Texans. The Chiefs at 7-6 don't dramatically up their playoff odds and the Texans losing puts them most likely out or near out of the race for their division and gives the Bills better margin for error for a wildcard spot. Plus I genuinely think the Texans are the only true bad matchup for the Bills in the AFC.

Agree, except I would add the Ravens in Baltimore would be a bad matchup for us, that would scare the Hell out of me!

Pitt O looks beyond bad they look like NE O 2023 bad.. Ravens win easily 

 

Indy @ Jax that could go either way division games are always hard but I’m going Indy here

Houston v KC I am sadly going Houston that D scares me more than any team in the AFC I rather see the chiefs win but Mahomes gonna be running for his life..

I'm rooting for a tie, then an alien invasion where they are told the Chiefs are the greatest army in the world, so the aliens take them out.

Doesn't matter what others do, Bills need to take care of business everyweek. Amazing how we're counting on others to help out. It is what it is, let the chips fall where they will and go get the W!!!

Bills need to get hungry, hangry, pissed off, and take an attitude of get out of our way. Let's go. Cinci first, then go send a message to the A-holes up in NE. Go Bills!!!

Now I know that Miami is very inconsistent but they have a pretty easy schedule down the stretch and they could legitimately make a run for the 7 spot if they get on a heater against their remaining schedule

I want KC in the playoffs and I want to slay the dragon. 

 

But there are some AWESOME weeks of football coming up for fans of the sport in general, in addition to a bunch of big games for the Bills. 

 

I've been saying it for weeks, but there are a lot of losses to be earned in the AFC coming up. So far, these teams at the top have been feeding on bottom feeders or NFC teams. But now someone has to lose these games, and the AFC playoff picture is going to become wide open. 

 

Everyone in the AFC can't stay with 3 or 4 losses when they all play each other, sometimes twice, in the next handful of weeks.

True- New England has already wrapped up the division unless they lose to the jets or dolphins last two weeks. Need to have Miami something to play for besides pride.

Heading into week 14, nobody would have forseen the number 1 seeds going into the week as being Chicago and NE. Five more weeks to go.

 

Denver cannot afford to slip up against the Raiders this week with the Pats having their bye in the current battle for the number 1 seed.
