Recently my brother and two buddies from WNY (Williamsville and Webster) had a blind hot dog tasting featuring Sahlens, Weigles white hots, and representing the Bay Area of California, Caspers.

 

Both Sahlens and Caspers have that snap at first bite and are more seasoned than the Weigles which is pretty mild.

 

My brother made pork and beans using salt pork and my buddy from Webster made homemade onion rings.

 

Not the healthiest meal but quite good vittles for a backyard gathering in the fall.

The overall experience in Atlanta was expensive, but I am not surprised that they are the cheapest hot dog.  They have cheap concessions available, including free refills on sodas.  (aka "pop" for you old school types)

That $11.25 dog is probably one of the new "gourmet" offerings. A normal hot dog is like $6. Whoever made that chart screwed up.

I know fatties who eat a whole box at a time.  They're excellent cookies.  But I don't buy them because I don't want them around.  And they remind me of the fatties.

Yeah, tailgating is the thing in B’lo - eat before the game and hit some snacks outside afterwards. There is no need to pay those kind of insane prices.

I paid $19.95 for a pastrami hot dog at Carnegie Deli in NYC a few days ago. But that was a damn big hot dog. $11.25 seems comparable.

Plus you miss plays when you go to get the food.  "There's TVs at the concession stands."  I can watch the game on TV at home.
