Special K Posted yesterday at 03:10 AM Posted yesterday at 03:10 AM (edited) As much as people like to rip Brady, he constructed a game plan that neutralized the strength of the Steeler Defense....the Pass Rush. Kudos to Van Demark and Anderson for performing at a high level in a tough situation, as well. Go Bills!!! Edited yesterday at 03:12 AM by Special K 15 1 Quote

Simon Posted yesterday at 03:12 AM Posted yesterday at 03:12 AM It wasn't just those two. The Bills were throwing a variety of players at Watt all night long. 4 1 Quote

BillsFan130 Posted yesterday at 03:16 AM Posted yesterday at 03:16 AM Game script mattered a ton. It worked out, but I think we can thank our defence for keeping our offence in the game. Because if Pittsburgh capitalized on our offensive mistakes in the 1st half, it's a completely different ball game on offence which would have forced us to pass more 7 3 Quote

SoonerBillsFan Posted yesterday at 03:20 AM Posted yesterday at 03:20 AM (edited) It makes me wonder if they need to look at making a change this offseason. Brown busts his butt, but isnt great at pass blocking I get Dawkins is popular, does community stuff, but its been broken down how for I guess weeks now, he gives up on blocks early. Several have seemed to wonder if he is just about the popularity vs. Being a great football player anymore. Not good when those questions arise for the guy protecting your QB's blind side. Bills!Win! Posted yesterday at 04:10 AM Posted yesterday at 04:10 AM Knowing what we know now, we would’ve won if our tackles would’ve left the game right after their injuries last week and didn’t try to stubbornly play through them Quote

No way they go in there cold last week and do what they did today. 2 1 1 1 Quote
Doc Brown Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago 3 minutes ago, Bills!Win! said: Knowing what we know now, we would’ve won if our tackles would’ve left the game right after their injuries last week and didn’t try to stubbornly play through them Dawkins didn't have concussion symptoms until after the game so I don't know how you can blame coaching for that. You're definitely right about Brown though. 1 1 Quote
Dafan Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago Our back up tackles looked decent today because we rarely threw downfield. Best way to answer a pass rush...runs and screens. And they did that. On pass plays, Allen had little time. We're not gonna be able to do that against many teams. Crap, until the scoop and score...and then a pick, 6 plays later, our offense had still only put up 3 points. 1 1 1 Quote

Brown is a top 10 RT DD has regressed to a middle of the pack LT. Overall better than most pairs in the NFL. They had a bad game highlighted by also a poor game plan. SB has 5-7 more years of effective play. DD needs to rededicate himself to get back on track. The OTs have been darn good for the Bills the past 3 years or so. With the depth and better design this is the least of the Bills issues. Edited 8 hours ago by QLBillsFan 1 Quote
mjt328 Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago Brady was criticized all week for his pathetic adjustments to Houston’s pass rush. The gameplan had to be what we saw, or he might have been the scapegoat firing tomorrow. The pass offense was still pretty bad all game, and I still question his ability to adjust mid-game or find solutions when the rushing attack isn’t working. 1 3 Quote
